The bathrooms need updating as they look worn out and must be difficult to keep clean. Also , I travel with my little dog but always allocated on the 5th floor which makes it tiring for me & my dog emptying my car, & lift has no air con. Second floor would be best for me travelling alone with a dog.

This is my 4th visit. The staff are excellent especially the gentleman who works on the night reception. Very happy to help with any request. Dog friendly. Location.

The shower head needs replacing!

Hotel Panorama is a lovely hotel. The rooms are basic but clean and the snacks and drinks in the mini bar are useful when you arrive late. We had a very early start one morning and the chap on reception offered to make us Espresso's before we left which was thoughtful. Breakfast is plentiful and buffet style.

Breakfast was really good served with excellent hot cappuccino. Location excellent as it’s just 3 miles from the motorway yet the hotel was very peaceful. The night receptionist exceptionally helpful and kind.

Staff were helpful and the hotel is in a convenient location near motorway with plenty of on site parking. Fabulous restaurant attached to the hotel serving really good quality food. would stay again.

The attitude of the breakfast staff and the Panorama. I know that it is a general word for view, but really the hotel aught to change its name, as the word also makes one imagine beautiful vistas with stunning scenery. The view from The Panorama Hotel was distinctly not scenic, unless decaying and empty factory units appeal.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was, well breakfast, buffet style, but the staff gave us the feeling that they would rather we had not been there. However, the Pizza restaurant which is attached to the hotel, and I presume was the hotel restaurant was the complete opposite. The food was plentiful, very fleshly cooked and delicious. And, the staff could not have been more welcoming and obliging.

The location was difficult to find especially in the middle of the night. Please tell people it’s not in Torino as there is same name of street. Inform people it’s near Santana.

I had to spent 10 days in quarantine since I had to stay more than 5 days in Italy. During the self isolation time, hotel staff was very helpful with all the things I needed help with, from providing meals up to my room to booking a pharmacy reservation for the rapid antigen test that is needed to end the self isolation. The rooms are big and clean. I have never lost the internet connection during the 10 day self isolation, during which time I had joined work meetings via teleconference. Overall I strongly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are too large (not cosy), nowhere near enough power points and none of them are standard EU plugs. Bathroom shower head needed descaling. No tea or coffee in the room. Very limited desk space. Very old mismatching hangers in the wardrobe (sounds petty but it is such a simple/cheap thing to fix and have new matching hangers!)

The rooms are too big (not cosy). The bed and pillow are uncomfortable. There is a distinct lack of charging points and none of the plug sockets are standard EU sockets. No USB charging. No plug points by the desk. Shower is big but the shower head in desperate need of a de-scale. Wardrobe hangers are all very old/use and don't match - it would be such a simple thing to fix that!

The hotel is extremely convenient for what I needed but if you are travelling to Turin it is quite a way from the city. The staff are very pleasant, the rooms are large and clean. Bathrooms are large and clean. The Restaurant is excellent. There is free off road parking. WiFi is free

Despite the fact that the internet was fine, the download & upload rate of the wi-fi is not proper

The staff named Alice in the front desk is so helpful and kind. The room is also big and proper for working with your laptop. There is also a rich free breakfast in the morning.
