Club House not equipped with lift making accessibility to rooms quite limited. Water pressure in shower can be much better.

Unique location and ambience; very helpful and welcoming staff; spacious, clean and very well equipped rooms in the club house; a haven for golfers and non.

Our stay was too short, and I should have booked a few days extra. However, the rooms can use a small update.

Breakfast had a great selection of food. However, the sliced meat and sliced chees selection could expand a little bit, to accommodate non-Italians a little bit more.

Too overpriced and the food very small portions. Apitizer and main course were the same size so in the last day we went to eat dinner somewhere else.

Beautiful family property to stay, facilities and staff were great.Very relaxing and the pool was clean. Breakfast was very good as well.

The rooms were dated. There were no smart Tv and you had to pay extra to use the spa. Restaurant menu was strange.

We ate once at the restaurant for dinner, it was expensive and really not good. They put us in a different building, 100metres away from the reception and where we had to go for breakfast. We had to go outside to reach the main building. We had a mini fridge in the room with drinks in it, but no prices around, asked the reception, but never gave us prices.

We liked the room a lot, very nice. And the breakfast.

Being in a quiet location, restaurants are a bit limited so you definitely need a car to get around. We could not switch on the AC because of Italian government regulations.

In a great location for those searching for serenity and peace of mind. Heaven for Golf enthusiasts. Room was clean and comfortable.

We are generally very happy with our stay, but would have preferred it if the bed was a little softer. There was a power cut during our stay which meant we were without electricity and running water for 2 hours. The staff was really helpful, although there was not much they could do. Surprisingly there was no generator in place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Big thumbs up for the service we received during our stay. We also liked the gorgeous setting and outdoor area. The room was very nice, although a little dated.

The dinner was just meh. Didn’t love it, didn’t hate it. Very limited menu with almost all of the choices having some kind of fish in it. There was one vegetarian option offered and that’s it. It was a mushroom risotto that was pretty good. Our waiter at dinner was fantastic though. The water at the indoor pool/spa could stand to be a few degrees warmer as well.

Fantastic staff! The bartender was top notch! Some of the best drinks we have ever had. The spa was clean and enjoyable. Our room was comfy and clean with wonderful views of the volcano and vineyards. Would recommend a stay for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay at il Picciolo, the breakfast was delicious and staff was so friendly. The pool staff were also really accommodating and my family enjoyed the pool bar, the rooms are spacious and there are all the ammenities you need! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to be back ☺️ grazie!

The resort is situated in a beautiful location with volcanoe , Mt Etna always in one’s view. The hotel and golf course are worth the some what stressful drive up to it’s location. Hotel staff were professional, friendly, and caring to guests needs. Food was delicious with reasonable rates. Room with a breathe taking view of a plush vineyard. Ok the golf course. Great staff. Course is in great shape. Greens hard and fast. Fairways mostly narrow bordered by old in bloom leaves. Very little water. Only issue of concern was that fact of two free roaming dogs which I saw running on the back nine. Golf staff assured me both friendly farm dogs. I highly recommend the hotel and golf course.

Great location but poor AC plus our bedroom was on mezzanine level and down flight of stairs to bathroom. Not good for old age pensioners. WE complained about faulty AC and after quite a bit of fuss did get upgraded to room with working AC.

Nor spa or pool are part of the package when using booking.com, many things in the room didn't work including lights, window blinds, WC airvent and these small things of which the staff knew but never fixed it and din't fix it for us, the food is good but not for the price. Although the hotel was empty, we were given the cheapest and darkest room possible. Also the staff from the spa laughed at us that indoor pool isn't in the price but we can go outdoors if we want (it was raining outside at the time). Finally, the staff rushed us very much if we can in the last half hour of the dinner.

Excellent room, excellent staff. Food in the clubhouse at lunch was wonderful, as was the service. Evening meal lacked a little, both in quality and service. I would advise not to miss the breakfast, as it was wonderful. We will be returning soon.

Reception Staff in Morning shift was unfriendly and was not decent in behaviour. Some of the reception staff members should be given some training in order to deal with the customers better in future. On the other hand staff in Restaurant and at Bar was very good.

Pool Personal and Pool was really good. Restaurant staff was really polite and welcoming. Breakfast/Dinner: Repetitive Food Menu hence was not really great....
