Hot dishes tired and unreplenished No food available in the hotel after breakfast, though an independant bar next door was very useful ( ten percent reduction for hotel residents )

Average breakfast. Rooms have no sound proof, you'll be hearing every word from your neighbors, even whisper. Private garage is not for every car. Outside parking is 7 minutes walking, on the other part of the lake front.

The four stars and a rating of 8.3 on Booking.com are not really justified in our view. Our room was basic and mostly clean. Some elements, like a cupboard and water cooker plug were run down. The bed's mattress was sagging, which staff remedied by turning it over. That helped a bit.

This is a decent hotel at a great location. Breakfast is satisfactory and staff are helpful.

Location was superb looking out over lake. Staff were lovely and very accomodting in storing luggage etc. Breakfast was great Old world charm hotel

Parking is not at hotel it is about 15 min walk. No milk in room for coffee. Bed was terrible as had a big lump down the middle.

Loved the view and location. Love the old world charm of the hotel. Loved the guy that looked after us at breakfast in the mornings. So sweet and friendly.

Parking offsite can be awkward. Breakfast a little limited, freshly-made coffee would have been a bonus.

Breakfast could be a little bit better. More sitting area would be welcome e.g. like a room or else. No breakfast possible altogether beyond 4 ppl. Car park was in a field a bit behind but there was no issue (although the weather was dry during the stay, might have been different on rainy season).

Located in front of the lake, close to restaurants, boats. Pedestrian area only. Room was clean and nicely set. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok.

The breakfast was a bit wild. Coffee not great. Main complaint was the older waiter on the 2nd morning of our stay. We are a family of 5. 3 children. Unlike the previous day he said we couldn’t put two tables together so we could breakfast together. Which would have been so easy. So we were two feet apart for no reason. Shame. The younger waiters were so much better the day before.

The breakfast was not as good as the first time. We went at 09:00 , many things were finished already and never replaced (bacon, pancakes, cheese varieties)

It was the second time we stayed in this hotel. It is located right next to the lake, it’s clean and the price is fair! Gianfranco at the reception was very helpful and kind!

View is amazing, everything is clean even if the decorations can be a bit outdated it’s cute ! The location is nice, there is free parking close to the hotel it’s quiet and there is also nice restaurant close by ! it’s a really good value for money !!

Very hot and could not activate the air conditioning so we had to purchase a fan. Unacceptable that the hotel is advertised with air conditioning but then it can’t be switched on in the room. The toilet seat is made of mdf wood and was deteriorated underneath the seat, this would cause a bacteria and germ build up in the wood, very unhygienic. Signs of rust on the heated towel rails and shower fittings, needs maintenance. The breakfast was good but one morning the bay Marie’s were not turned on and the eggs, bacon etc were cold. For some reason we were locked out of our room one night, the desk attendant asked me what day we were leaving (didn’t he know??) And reactivated the swipe card.
