Size of the room was fantastic ,bathroom was small but functional,bar fridge was great and our water was replaced daily ,including sparkling water. Walking distance to everything. Taxi from main train station was 20 euro,taxi to brignole station 10 euro,all taxi drivers were great. Self check in was easy. We hardly saw anyone else which made it feel like we had the place to ourselves,so it was wonderfully quiet😊 Views of the church from the lounge / reception area where we sat and had a glass of wine . If you like interacting with lots of people then not the place for you ,but if you want peace and tranquility after lots of travel then it’s a perfect little stop .

Although we arrived during reception hours, no one was there to meet us. Instructions left could be more precise, informing the lift also reached the ground floor - that would saved us to carry big suitcases up the magnificent entrance stairs!

No breakfast service, but finally going out we could enjoy breakfast in the streets of Genova.

The hotel is in an old building in a historical area of Genova and the room with 5 meter high celings has great atmosphere to it, as well as the rest of the building. They provide minibar for free, what was very pleasant.

I did not understand where the water appeared on the floor after taking a shower. I think it was a temporary inconvenience, which didn't spoil my stay.

Magnificent Genovese Palazzo in an ideal location with very friendly staff. Many good restaurants around it. The room offers a ceiling fan and is generally quiet cool during the summer months. The coffee machine is a really welcome plus.

No air conditioning in the room. However, the high ceilings and shady location kept it relatively cool despite it being 40C outside. It's a little hard to find and get to and you have to park a good 10 min walk away near the highway. The building is in the old city part of Genoa so you cannot use a car there.

Amazing 16th century building tucked away in the palazzo of San Lorenzo cathedral. Right next to the main street that runs down to the harbor and is lined with fun shops and cafes etc. The room was commanding with tall ceilings, tall windows and modern beds and bathroom. The building is great for anyone who wants a unique, off-the-beaten-path experience in the old city part of Genoa.

Difficult to park nearby so we had to walk about 12 minutes. Luckily we v had light luggage. There is no lift so best to book this place if you don’t have a lot of luggage

the location was perfect for visiting the wharf, aquarium, buses to tour the city and boats to see the city and other places. the person who greeted us was lovely and helpful.

Location is really strategic !!!! You only have to deal with noise that comes from plazas at night..... That is the price to pay to let your car at parking and bring it back only when you'll leave....

Excellent location. Really close to everything you need to visit in Genova city. Room clean and bigger almost triple than standard hotels. It gives you the feeling of the past centuries.!!!!!!..........

The only way to reach the apartment is by an elevator. If you suffer from claustrophobia it’s a bit hard

There was no air conditioning, only a large ceiling fan. This worked ok for us but air conditioning would have been preferred. There was no staff presence at all, the building is also a little hard to find with all the narrow streets.

The room was large, plenty of space for all our stuff, there was also two large comfortable double beds in the room. The bathroom was large and the shower was nice.
