Breakfast should have more variety of food .

Staff were very friendly , location is super good, close to the restaurants , the beach , shopping area , to the cathedral of Santa Agata . Rooms were clean with a very high ceiling , comfortable pillows. A big thank you to Andrea who was reachable whenever we needed help.

Eveything was very good; size of the room (it was a palace room), quite neighbourhood, fantastic open buffet breakfast, bed and pillows were very comfortable etc.. and special thanks for the host who really help us about the traffic rules and parking places around. It was a fantastic experience for us.

The parking situation is not really perfect, but it is not a problem of the location but of the whole town.

We had a wonderful time in a special place. The roum was in an old palazzo with really historic architecture. The people there are very nice, checkin was easy and every question was answered. The contact before arrival via WhatsApp was very helpful. And: The breakfast was really wonderful, selfbaked cake, every day burrata and typical sausage and chease... we loved it! And we loved the roof top terrace with its wonderful view!

Amazing place to stay in Gallipoli, great location, just right in the old town, minutes walk from everything you need. The palazzo is beautiful and it was a pleasure to stay there. We felt like royalty. Highly recommended. Great breakfast with the balcony view is a huge bonus.

Friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Location was a short walk to the beach. Added bonus of a private roof terrace which we were not expecting. Would definitely recommend 👌

The staff were great. The hotel was beautiful and very interesting. The breakfast was also very nice. Next time we would drop our luggage off first and then find parking outside the old city, but that's nothing against the hotel. Well worth the location. Would stay there again.

.. for this elegant and gorgeous palazzo room we would expect nice glass or porcelain tea set not paper cups ,also bathroom light was not sufficient.. but these are just observations not a real complaints..

Amazing property in a really cool town! The rooms are quite variable, some don’t have much outlook & small windows. The main suite is stunning & I wish we had booked that - has a beautiful view over a little orange orchard in a courtyard. Breakfast was amazing - the best by far in 10 weeks in Italy. The pasticciotto weren’t as fresh as others we tasted.
