I found it to be very noisy. During the night people were slamming doors. There were locals who were using the roof who were not very considerate of people who were staying there.

Location was beautiful. Very atmospheric.

nil, it was perfect !!

We booked the room with two balconies overlooking the Duomo piazza...if this room is available book it, it was absolutely divine...we wish we had stayed longer. Staff were wonderful, very accommodating of our early arrival and communication was excellent. The room is gorgeous, spacious and the bed is very comfortable. We loved having the balcony doors open listening to the sounds of the old town, can't wait to return!

This was the most romantic room; from the salon, the view of the cathedral and piazza- the original floors and painted ceiling- truly a gem and so helpful recommending restaurants- the two balconies were epic and the colors and just beauty of the room will always be so memorable!!! Grazie xo

The safe in the room was not working we were informed by Federica that the previous guest had put in the wrong code therefore it wasn’t working so unfortunately there was nowhere to store our valuables

Outstanding location with great views over the duomo square. Beautifully decorated and kept to the style of Cefalù. Would highly recommend. There are a lot of stairs to climb to the property and is a little noisy but that’s to be expected.

The staff are lovely - let me check in early and were very responsive. The room was very clean and smelt fresh. Also, stylish. Very central location. Wish I stayed longer!

The view over the duomo is incredible. Fredericka and Frederick were very helpful and accommodating. The room was spotless, with lovely bed linen and excellent housekeeping. I could not fault it.

I couldn't really think of much I didn't like but the fridge in the room wasn't cold enough. And also there is no lift, and the rooms are on the second floor with quite steep stairs.

The location was amazing, on the main street. Just walk along one street if you're coming in from the train station. It had a private rooftop which had the most incredible view of the cathedral. The wifi was great, no problems across multiple devices. The host was amazing and very quick with communication.

The only thing I didn't like is that I didn't stay longer!!

My whole experience was amazing! The staff were very helpful and made sure that all my needs were met. I would like to specifically thank Federica for beeing super nice and welcoming. The rooftop terrace is a great addition and has a beautiful view. I decided to stay an extra night because of how amazing the location and the architecture of the place are. Very close to the beach, and it is directly facing the Duomo.

Had a lovely time. The view of the duomo from my room was amazing. The Palazzo is very close to everything and you can easily walk and explore. The communication with the host was excellent. I would highly recommend the palazzo.

Lovely central accomodation in the heart of the historical centre. Federica was so lovely and helpful with great communication pre arrival and so nice in person! She recommended a car park and they can grant a discount on the ticket also. The room was comfortable and clean, a little noisy because you are right on the Piazza del Duomo, but also you’re right on the Piazza del Duomo! And there’s a fantastic little rooftop terrace with views over the square, the duomo and the ocean. Perfect place to watch the sunset :)

Quiet noisy of an early evening but not to disturbing

Absolutely Beautiful, the rooms are so rustic and really have that scilian feel to them. really convenient location right in the centre of the town easy walks from the beach and restaurants. The staff are amazing really helpful giving us recommendations and helping us with luggage due to there being no lift. Rooms are clean and spacious really bright and the air con is fabulous

Lots of stairs up to the property, no issue day to day just hard to get a heavy suitcase up. Can hear the noise of the main square quite clearly. Loud busker performing until midnight on Saturday night, maybe bring ear plugs

Location perfect. Facilities excellent. Rooftop chairs. Very professional team. Balcony overlooking Main Street. Stunning rooms, original decor beautifully preserved.
