We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A beautiful room in an old restored building right in the center of the city and yet quiet. Very clean, beds very comfortable. The staff very friendly. Breakfast could be had in 2 different cafes. Right among the locals, great experience.

GermanyWe had a very nice stay at Palazzo Vasarri! The location is brilliant (Montevarchi is the perfect place for various trips around Tuscany; the infrastructure is perfectly fine: good railroad links, nice cafes, good restaurants and nearby shopping facilities.) The rooms are spacious, well-equipped and designed. Gabriella and Alessandro are very friendly and always available. Perhaps the wifi could be a bit more stable and the Siena double room could do with a bit more storage! Overall we can recommend this hotel! Btw. enjoy your breakfast coffee at the nearby piazza, Canu is the perfect place to start the day!

United StatesThis hotel is centrally located. It is a very small boutique property. I would recommend the Firenze room as it has a small balcony. There are at least 4 VERY good restaurants within a few blocks. The train/bus station is only one block away. There is no breakfast service at this property but they do provide a breakfast voucher which is good at two small bakeries that are both within one block. Very easy! They also have parking available only 1 block away at no additional charge. The staff at this hotel were amazing!!! They help me significantly with the things I wanted to accomplish. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family!!!

United StatesThe only complaint we had was that the shower didn't drain well, so we had to keep turning the water off in order not to flood the bathroom, which we did by accident one day.
The location was great; easy walking distance from the train station and close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Breakfast was a coupon to use at one of two local cafes. Staff was friendly and helpful, although they didn't speak much English

Loved the modern amenities. The decor was absolutely beautiful. Thank you to Caterina for running our heavy suitcases up the stairs. The AC was great and much appreciated. Top knotch would definitely come here next time ! The breakfast place was cute and the girl was really sweet. Everything was fresh daily. Very happy with everything!
