There was no elevator and the property was on the second floor. Outside of the building and the alley did not look good.

The room and the bathroom were clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The AC worked well. The location was great.

The entrance to this place is down a dirty and dark alley. The building is run down and it has NO LIFT. There was an old guy waiting for us who insisted on lifting our suitcase up the stairs, it did not look safe for him.

The location of this hotel is great to access Via Etnea. Communication with the person that runs the place was good.

The staff were exceptionally nice, welcoming and helpful. The cleanliness of the place is exceptional and the location in the city centre could not be better. Room was comfortable. Breakfast offered was very good and fresh. Great value for money.

Access to the house, but we counted on the fact that it is an old house. For us it had a charm, so we do not complain about anything.

the main entrance of the hotel was very bad, as it was placed on very dirty street. we hardly recognize that it was entrance and practically it was full of carbage. suggest hotel should take care of this area.

location in general was good but very noisy as we stay on weekend and too many people outside till late night and street cleaning cars also were working all the night. staff was friendly but breakfast was very bad as it include only one croissant and cup of coffee and we needed to go to some Cafe in the street. rooms were clean and quite big.

No elevator, thus heavy luggages could be challange to get to the second floor. Flushing the toilet was a challenge as well! Staff does not speak English! :-( Breakfast managed by a voucher... should be much better!!!!!

Absolutely perfect and professional service and attention to the customer needs above all. Fabio was truly a star. Room was very spacious and location is the best you want to have. Totally Loved the breakfast at the patisserie/cafe just across the road the pastries couldn't be any fresher than that, especially the traditional Brioche which I has still warm and fragrant from the oven!!... and the Granita is one of the best I had!

We booked a superior room with the expectation of a balcony facing the Main Street, but there was no balcony, only a very tall window but no possibility to go outside of the room. When a guest speaks in the corridor or another room, you can hear everything

The B&B is located at second floor of an old building facing on Via Etnea in Catania city center. There is no elevator and the entrance is from a side street, very narrow and dirty. When entering the palace the expectations drop due to the dirty and old stairs. When entering the B&B things get definitely better because of the renewed ambients. Rooms are fairly clean and wide. The solution was good for the price we spent (70€)

Location is very good in the city centre of Catania and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Host was very welcoming. There is a close parking area to the property.

When we arrived we were shocked and disappointed to find that the entrance to the b&b is in an alley and the common entrance to the block is dingy with no lift.

The room was spotless and staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect location as the room overlooks Via Etnea.
