    Everything was perfect!

A short but wonderful stay at Palazzo Pacini! Pietro was so warm and welcoming to us. They responded to our questions very quickly and provided us with a delicious buffet style breakfast that we were able to enjoy on the patio overlooking a Tuscan hillside. The room was very large and spacious, as was the bed and shower (both huge!). Everything was clean and well maintained. The hotel is located in the quaint little town of Colle Val d’Elsa which is only a 30 minutes from Siena and 1 hour from Florence. We would have been happy to stay longer!

Nothing we didn't like although, the ability to make a brew in ones room, would have been a simple treat.

The breakfast offered a good variety of choice, fresh and well presented. The lady who worked in the kitchen (for hot breakfasts and setting out/ clearing away), was happy and efficient. The location within the old city walls was excellent, although one could not park in the street, the free car parking was only 8 minutes away. Being in the town, proximity to restaurants and bars was first class. Not a busy place, so strolling through town one did not have to negotiate traffic. All staff including the owner, were delightful and helpful.

We are not very good with very hard mattresses. The big shower head did not work properly but the hand-held shower did.

If you want to stay in Colle di Val d'Elsa, this is a lovely hotel to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not elaborate but OK.

The room was huge and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed too. We had everything on our doorstep and the views were incredible! The hosts at the palazzo were very kind and answered all my queries before arriving and during our stay. Recommending restaurants and wine tours etc. I let them know I was vegan and was kindly given a vegan croissant for breakfast. The village itself is so charming, full of good restaurants and shops. Would absolutely recommend a stay there.

Palazzo Pacini was our favourite place to stay while in Tuscany. We arrived after 9pm because of flight delay. Owner called and was ready to wait us. He was very welcoming and kind, showed parking area (5min walk from the hotel, public and free) and gave a lift back to the hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Loved the area around the hotel, had very good pizza across the street. Breakfast was delicious. Loved everything.

The bed in the room was not so comfy, that could be changed with a new and more comfy bed.

The hotel is located in the old part of Colle. From the main square, it takes 15 mins to reach there by walk, the hotel is kinda up to the hill so the walk can be challenging sometimes. Breakfast was outstanding. It offers various choices and served in a terrace with a view of Tuscan countryside.

When I couldn’t find a ride from the local village bus stop to the hotel, the owner generously picked me up from the bus stop so I didn’t have to walk in the summer heat. He was so lovely and kind and it set such a good tone to my stay at this beautiful hotel. I was also given a room with a view to die for! I would stay here again for sure.

    Absolutely nothing

A beautiful Palazzo which provides a haven from the heat. The rooms are an oasis of calm and wonderfully cool without the noise and dry air caused by air conditioners. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of juices, cereals, fruit and pastries and fluffy omelettes. All served on a terrace overlooking the weren’t garden and distant views. The welcome to the Palazzo is warm and inviting. It was our second time here and we will visit again when in that area of Italy.

The floor of our bathroom was persistently wet throughout our stay. When querying this with hotel staff they said the humidity settings were set wrong, but when corrected the issue remained. Other than this we had no other problems.

Located in a cute town. Breakfast was a great addition with a cooked option everyday. Rooms were nice and clean.

    Not much...

Lets start with the setting, its very nice town and area, so location if you like a small village setting with pretty views its definitely a good choice. The host are incredible nice and friendly, helped us into our room that was the of a very large size, king bed, sofa and closet and plenty of space with of course private bathroom. Even the breakfast was great.

    We loved everything.

Lovely hotel in a very beautiful Tuscany town. Loved the rooms, beds and the service. The town turned out to me my favorite town in Tuscany, central, but yet quiet and not super touristic. Very charming, the breakfast was yummy. Great comfort and value.
