Hotel was a perfect little oasis in a bustling city. We loved the rooftop lounge. Staff were friendly, helpful and hardworking. Beds/linens and pillows (the hotel even has a pillow menu to choose from) were extremely comfortable. Location was perfect to walk to all/many of the main sights and areas. Will definitely stay here again!

Hard to say anything negative. The only thing I could say is the air conditioning vent was in the hallway so it didn’t get as cool in the main sleeping area. If could turn it down a degree or 2 it would have helped but it was a permanent setting. This in no means really effective too much. It’s just my personal preference.

Palazzo Navona was the perfect hotel for my family of 4. The room spacious, elegant and immaculate. When we arrived after the long travel day we were greeted with very friendly staff who immediately checked us in and whisked our bags up to the room. In our room was a beautiful bottle of wine that my husband and I just loved. My kids loved the pull out bed which was very comfortable not like most pull out sofas. The pillows were fabulous as well as the bedding. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect!!!!!! It doesn’t come much better than this. Walking distance to everything and I loved how we were not on the main road tucked back a bit. The best of the best was the roof top bar. After a long day sightseeing my husband and I would go up for a drink and snacks. The view was spectacular! So romantic. I would book this hotel again in a heartbeat! Can’t wait to go back!

This hotel staff is warm and welcoming right away as you walk into the front door. The lobby is modern and inviting with fresh water (lemon infused or grapefruit or orange) to choose from, which is a nice touch. Staff is helpful in helping find a restaurant or attraction nearby. Rooftop bar and service is great; they have good wine recommendations, and the service is wonderful. The view is gorgeous. Another perk: choice of type of pillow!

Air conditioning was barely working which wasn't fun during the heat wave they were having at the time. You know us Americans, we love our AC more than we love our kids.

The hotel is located in a good spot. Easy walks to the Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. A long walk (or short cab ride) to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed one night at the Palazzo Navona. It was an excellent base for us to explore Rome. Most of the famous attractions are so close that you can see them after a 10-20 minute walk. Fantastic beds. Rooms, although small, beautifully decorated. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel perfect for guests looking for a quiet, boutique place.

We loved everything!

I was in Italy for one month and stayed in places like Canne Bianche, Le Capese, Puglia and other resorts. Rome for us was our last destination. Palazzo Navona was absolutely wonderful. We arrived very late, the gentlemen at the front desk was excellent, friendly, helpful. The hotel location is excellent as I know Rome very well. Because our flight was delayed 2 days, they had to accommodate us two more times and were so helpful in doing this. Breakfast perfect just enough, the service at breakfast and room cleanliness was perfect. All of the hotel staff were all helpful and friendly! The room sizes were great. Overall i highly recommend Palazzo Navona.
