I found it a bit ordinary to have to walk about 300-400 meters in the street with our luggage to get to and from the hotel when we checked in and out. The walls in the room could use a fresh coat of paint and the ceramic on the floor could use a bit of attention but nothing major....this is only an advice to make the place even better.

The location was right in the heart of the action and the staff was excellent.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed that the room had some extra space and little couches to sit on. Everything was clean and the room very neat and modern. The location is just in the middle of city center, everything is right there. So that was excellent.

The room was clean and pretty with a nice view of Curso Italia. The staff were beyond friendly and very accommodating. They went above and beyond - providing recommendations for beautiful vistas, holding my bag while I traveled up the Amalfi Coast, and even offering to run and grab something for me at the Tabbachi when I was in a pinch. I not only recommend staying here but will stay here again when I go back.

Management was so accommodating with everything. We were able to check in early when we arrived and they also let us leave our bags there for the day after checking out. They were friendly and very welcoming to US traveller's. The location was absolutely perfect right in the heart of Sorrento.

Breakfast was disappointing but it was included with the room price. Hotel was originally hard to find - signage could be better but that was similar to all of Italy. A little noisy at night as it’s right above the main square

The location was great. Walking distance to everything we wanted in sorrento. Cleanliness and AC were great! Staff were helpful and recommended parking garages around the area. They have a discounted rate with one of the garages but reserve in advance.

Location was fabulous - easy walk from the station, and RIGHT in the heart of it, view from the balcony down onto the street, stalls, restaurants, everything right outside the door, short walk to the beach, and wonderful double glazed doors that kept all the sound out!

- the shower did not have a door and everytime we showered the water kept overflowing and flooding not only the bathroom floor, but also reaching the bedroom floor. So we always had to ask for extra towels to put on the floor - breakfast could have been better. Very very small selection, so we opted not to have breakfast at the property Although above were minor issues, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place!

Initially it was a bit hard to locate as it isn't identified in the street and it's sign is within an alcove off the street, but that's not really a negative. You also need to climb the first level of stairs to reach reception, however there is a lift from level 1 to 2

Located right near the centre of town with a small balcony overlooking the main thoroughfare. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right on your doorstep. All the staff, including the owner were super friendly. The owner was onsite each morning assisting with and preparing breakfast.

the location of the property is the best! it’s right in the heart of Sorrento so it’s super convenient to go to the beach , train station, main piazza and streets below for shopping. it’s a value for money property don’t assume it being lavish or having any facilities- it’s small one. Anna will ensure you have the best breakfast and coffee staff is not available post 11pm at night till 6.30am in the morning so in case you require something please pre plan.

Lovely sized room that was very clean and comfortable. We liked the seating area which allowed us to spread out and feel really comfortable. A lovely modern bathroom with large shower was great. And it was so nice that they provide slippers and bottled water! Perfect location that is very close walking distance to all main sites

The property was right in the heart of the shops / restaurants which was awesome and we didn’t get any noise in the room either, super spacious and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a delight! Very modern, clean and was a lovely stay.
