Location was superb, I fall in love with the building: an ex monastery now a B&B. The whole atmosphere amazed me. Even if my staying was short I felt at peace, comfortable, relaxed and happy.

Location quite rural so car is a must as the place is away from everything. But very good restaurants and supermarket available within 5-10 mins driving. Very old villa sympathetically restored with modern amenities with a big central courtyard. Not for everyone's taste but we enjoyed the wilderness. More like a big family setting than a proper hotel. Rooms are very well furnished. Great hostess who can guide with all your questions.

Maybe the breakfast could be a little bit more flexible in it’s quality and offers, there are more possibilities for the guests! The opening times for the pool could be earlier in the morning and later the evening in summer!

The host was very friendly and the property is an old unique place.If someone looks for remote spot, exactly that’s it! Very close to Bologna and Modena.

The only thing could be upgraded are the bathroom,especially the shower, a bit more comfortable and spacious would be nice!

Discovering this place on Booking has been the highlight of the summer so far. The building is gorgeous, the room was very nice and comfortable, the staff is very nice and friendly! We already booked for the way back home! Can’t wait!

Nothing, but if you do have small children, it would probably be wise to request a ground floor.

It was very scenic and relaxing. The room was clean, and the cooling worked well. Our son just loved the pool and was sad to leave. At first, I was a little worried about the stairs leading up to our room as they were steep and the loud cicadas chirping, but it really added to experience and authenticated the 15th century buildings. Barbara and her staff were very welcoming and put on a lovely breakfast.

The only thing was that the wall between the rooms is very thin and one can literally hear neighbors words :-)

Great county-side place to relax and deep breath. Amazing staff - specially Barbara who was very responsive and charming and with excellent recommendations for excellent and special restaurants. She also advised about local points to visit in Bologna. We will sure visit again!

I had a huge allergy strike due to dust and dust-mites enven after taking antihistamine treatment I spent the night sleepind in the garden on a chair. Breakfast was also disapointing due to the fact it wasn't local products, which is sad for an Agrotourismo

Price was correctly set, in the 3* Hotel usual rate. The building it self and country surrounding were nice as well, we injoyed watcheing the Hares running arround for sunset.
