We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceThere's no down side to staying at Palazzo Godzilla Bed & Beauty. It's a must stay for your next visit to Parma !!
Everything was excellent. The owners, Paolo & Roberto, could not have been nicer and the rooms could not have been better. We were two couples traveling together so they had us in rooms next to each other which was perfect for us to maximize our time together and coordinate our outings. The beds were very comfortable, the showers luxurious ! Well equipped with a Nespresso machine & pods in the room. We opted for breakfast to be included. Offered at a sweet cafe just a few steps away it was a real treat. Location wise, Palazzo Godzilla is right next to the Ducale Park so an easy beautiful walk to the center of town. (10 mins on foot if you go direct but 20 mins through the park) Parking was easy on the street and Paolo & Roberto were very accommodating helping us park easily.

Warm welcome from Paolo and he couldn’t do enough to help us during the stay. He helped us with taxis, local information and even apologised for his English, even though it was excellent! The room was very comfortable and we wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend! The breakfast included nearby was delicious and the staff were very nice there too. It was also located near a lovely park.

United StatesThere is no elevator or rooms on the first level so if you have severe mobility issues it might be hard to stay.
The room is spacious well appointed and comfy. The area around the hotel is quiet but very close to shops and restaurants. Roberto the owner was so welcoming and nice and was a great guide of what to do and where to eat in the city!

United StatesThere's only one thing and the owners disclosed it in advance. There's no elevator however the owner was nice and kind and helped us to carry up the suitcases to the room.
Everything. Starting with the communication with the owners, the check-in process, the charming and professionalism of the owners, the location in the historical district of Parma just 10 minutes away from Parma center, the rooms are beautiful, very well decorated until the very last detail, bathroom and shower are good. The owner gave us very good advices about Parma and where to go and eat. The whole process was smooth. I definitely would stay here again and again and again.

Just a lovely place to stay. The decor was beautiful with lots of nice little touches. I particularly loved the GHD hairdryer 😊 and the little table left outside our room with drinks and snacks in the evening. Roberto and Paolo were delightful.

AustraliaThere was nothing I would change. After weeks of travelling around Europe, this is probably my favourite stay. Do note that you must check in by a certain time, and there is no lift (although they take a lot of effort to tell you this when booking, so it shouldn't be a surprise.)
From the friendly welcome, to the absolutely beautiful room, to the great (yet peaceful) location, this was an absolutely wonderful accommodation. The bedroom and bathroom are luxuriously big, and the generous touches like the evening apertivo made us feel so at home. It's a quick 10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants in Parma too.
