Bathroom lighting was too dark.

Property well located near centro storico. Dinner at the Osteria Pugliese Gatto Bianco was excellent. Breakfast buffet was good with many options, but when options ran out replenishing took a long time.

on the phone we were told we could leave the bags at the entrance and that we would find them in the room, but when we came back to the building the bags were still there the checkin in the app is good but sometimes people arrive earlier than the standard checkout time and that needs to be taken into account

I would recommend to put glasses in a room so if the guests fancy a drink they could use the glasses.

The property was clean, well stylished and in a great location. The breakfast exceeded our expectations - there was a good choice of fresh and delicious food. The staff was very nice.

This place is wonderful! All the team is really kind and full of smiles. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel, huge delightful shower and wonderful bed. They let us check in very early after the ferry arrived which was so helpful. The water and snack a wonderful touch. Only a 5 minute walk into the old ville - truly great place to stay. Got a fantastic deal on booking.com so the value was perfect, particularly in peak season. Make sure you add your whatsapp number to the booking as they'll send the room details there. When we arrived it took ages and several phone calls to get someone to come and let us in. She told us we were in the wrong place. There are no reception staff at the hotel. The phone check in system did not work. When she finally turned up she was very pleasant. The shower cubicle (glass walls and all) was in the bedroom. Zero privacy. The shower head fell out of the holder and the extractor fan sounded like a truck reversing. We couldn't work out how to turn on the aircon (it was very hot) bc the On switch was above the unit and out of my eyesight.

Good location, good breakfast after we'd negotiated with the restaurant staff. Helpful staff member also helped us order a taxi to the port at the time we wanted it.

I was not aware that this was an online B&B. Neither myself nor the 3 other guests we met found access to the property acceptable. I completed the online check in but codes were not sent at 3pm. I then was taken by another guest to the office - the codes then arrived. The telephone was not answered from outside the accommodation so not helpful. I was unable to contact them via WhatsApp, despite trying. So tried email, 4 sent non answered.
