There was nothing that we didn't like.

Palazzo Dessy is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. They are always happy to help with advice and suggestions. The room, set on two levels, was very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The accommodation is also well situated for both the local train and bus stations, only a 10 minute walk. A true find for anybody wanting to stay in Cagliari.

Nothing - it was great

The location is superb - right in the pedestrian heart of the Marina district. There are four restaurants within 20 meters! The staff are excellent and the breakfast is delicious.

Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, rooms were amazing, breakfast great, staff really friendly and helpful whether it be for arranging taxis or providing directions. When we return to Cagliari we will definitely be staying at Palazzo Dessy again. Thank you

It would get loud at night/early morning hours as there was a restaurant just underneath of our windows, but that's also a part of the location. The hotel is great and if we were to come back to Cagliari in future we would surely choose this hotel again!

Nice apartment, great location, friendly and helpful staff! We spent 4 nights in this hotel. Rooms are spacious, bathroom also big and clean. Daily fresh towels. Central location just in the historic part of city. Staff at breakfast is friendly and caring. Manager Francesca is very helpful and friendly. We loved it!

Couldn't stay to eat breakfast in the cute dining area but one of the staff, Lucky, was so nice and gave us some breakfast items that evening at check in since we had to leave early to go to the airport.

The suite appartment was spacious and with an amazing big terrace to enjoy the warm wather and the beautiful view of the old part of the city. The interior is cozy and full of art with a special touch in every detail. The staff is friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to eat and visit. Perfect location!

Nothing at all!

Spectacular room in a great location in historic Cagliari. Clean and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. Great shower. Included breakfast comprehensive and generous. Being permitted to leave our bags after checkout while we visited the Archeological Museum a bonus. Very helpful staff. Prompt communication at all times. Easy walking distance from train station at arrival and similarly to Palermo ferry when departing. Highly recommended and good value.

lLoved the staff and unique decor throughout the establishment. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Two pay parking lots nearby at the port. A variety of breakfast items on hand. Lots of fun places to walk.

Nothing to dislike.

Ideal location for exploring Cagliari and surrounding area. Close to all sights, restaurants, bars, shops and transport. We had a gorgeous spacious split level room, which was upgraded upon arrival. Staff were very helpful and communicated ahead of our stay so we could access the property upon arrival and leave luggage on our last day.

Really beautiful hotel, full of character, in a great location in the town. Spacious, comfortable, clean room. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was good - not a massive selection but good quality.

Limited breakfast, but plenty of breakfast places nearby that it wasn’t an issue.

Room was extremely spacious, amazing location. While there is no on site parking, the old cruise terminal parking had plenty of spaces and we paid 5 euros for parking from Saturday through Monday, which was very cheap. Owner was very respondent to any concern and was super easy to check in and check out of our room.

Check in / staff was welcoming and super helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience . The room was spacious , ( felt more like an apartment, was bi level ) , really well decorated and comfortable . Bonus Nespresso machine too . Perfect location too .
