I enjoyed everything! I travel for a living and have stayed in many hotels this was a very pleasant place to stay!

From the beginning it was a wonderful start to our stay. The reception was so welcoming and extremely helpful with ideas of what to do and see during our stay in Florence and our trip! The location is excellent. We had a beautiful view from our balcony which was a nice place to end the evening with a glass of wine. Oh I appreciate the amenities of Rituals products they make it feel like a spa! I would definitely recommend your stay here. It’s a perfect location to the main attractions. I’m Kia there is a nice cafe right next door. We definitely plan to come back! I felt safe, if you’re traveling alone or with friends you’ll like the extra attention to security.

Great small hotel, very nice room very clean, well-equipped, and elegant style, bathroom absolutely spotless. The host (Samuela) was very nice and informative and reserved us a taxi early in the AM due to very early check out time. Safe, Espresso machine & fridge, etc. Great Choice and close to Duomo and areas to see in Florence.

The bathrooms are a little on the small side im comparison to the size of the bedroom.

The staff in this hotel were very pleasant and made you feel like family. Alexandra and Reena (I hope I got their names right) wlecomed us and facilitated our stay. They were eager to show us the best spots to visit and accomodated us even after we had checked out to ensure we had a smooth onward journey. The hotels location is ideal, just around the corner from the famous Duomo Florence. It had plenty of restaurants and cafes around it. The rooms are a very generous size making your stay very comfortable and recently renovated earlier this year.

The room was a bit small, but for 1 night, it was perfect!

The staff was incredible - so welcoming and accommodating!! The views from our room were absolutely gorgeous, and the private patio was everything!!!! The room temperature was great and we would stay here again!

Can't think of a thing!

Location was very convenient. Walking distance to all the places we wanted to go to. Train station very close by. The breakfast across the street at a café was good, too. Above all, most helpful and kind people in charge. Samuela was fantastic. Gave us lots of tips on various things; she also found us several non-gluten options for restaurants. Rina, who took over from her on the weekend, was also very kind. Since we'd been having trouble with cabs not turning up a couple of times, she personally made sure that we were safely on our way to the train station the day we left. Many thanks to them both.

Definitely worth it's money. The personnel is very welcoming and friendly. The place is clean and neat. 3 minutes away from Santa Maria del Fiore. Breakfast is good. Yes, it's served in a cafe opposite to the hotel (about 20 meters) but for us it wasn't a problem at all.

This hotel is a hidden treasure. Very quiet and private on the upper floor of a palazzo, close to almost everything. The best parts- the friendly and SO-helpful staff, and the view...!!!! Breakfast is located at a restaurant very close by. It's a buffet with the usual options.

Very clean and newly renovated, located in the middle of everything but not noisy at night. The receptionist, Samuela is also very friendly and she gave us great recommendations on local favorite’s restaurants!

Not much. Lift wasn’t working for a couple hours but was fixed very quickly.

Staff were friendly and made us feel at home. The location was perfectly situated near all the major landmarks. The rooms are bigger than they look in photos (rare), very well designed and surprisingly spacious!

The location was amazing - super convenient to come back to at any time we needed. The staff was very nice and helpful. They even packed us a to go breakfast the morning we left since we would miss breakfast, which was so thoughtful. We really loved our stay!

Nothing to report on the negative side - it was perfect - wish we stayed in Florence longer.

Spacious, well appointed rooms, washroom is well put together with a spacious shower, bed was large, great sheets and pillows; staff was extremely friendly and helpful and not intrusive; the elevator is very new and quick, good safety features for the entrance - balcony/deck is worth the splurge. So close to everything.
