Breakfast was great. We always had a nice fruit pie in the room. We were well received, very nice owners, always there for you. We enjoyed it alot. The rooms are big, lots of light and space. The building is walking distant to all the main attractions. Highly recommend.

A beautiful building, much larger rooms than expected and a useful small balcony. Incredibly handy for the train station and also the town, a stones throw from lovely bars, cafes and restaurants, but really peaceful and quiet inside.

Coffee provided was the worst. The door to the room jammed frequently. Parking was less than desirable.

Beautiful well located palazzo for walking around the old town. Big room and bathroom. We were travelling by car and it was easy to find a parking space where Daniele, the owner, told us we would find one. Breakfast was served in the room and it was ok.

We arrived after a long and tiring train journey; the instructions to gain access to the room were not easy to absorb, and the key to the apartment needed delicate manoeuvring to turn the lock. The coffee machine produced excellent coffee, but became very temperamental. It would have helped to have been presented with the bill the day before we left instead of leaving it to the last minute, when we had a train to catch.

Excellent situation, in the old town and an easy walk from the train station. Room comfortable, not cramped; very well furnished, very comfortable bed, large windows with a view. A really nice, well cared-for place! Daniele was a charming and attentive host.

while it didn’t bother us, there is the most beautiful marble staircase to the first floor apartment (but there is the offer to carry your luggage).

the location was great, just a short walk from the train station and on the entry into the old town. An elegant building with big rooms and a good sized modern bathroom. Breakfast was pre-prepared and served in your room.

Lovely room with high ceilings and nice furnishing. Particularly liked having milk and frother in the room. Convenient to old town as well as train station. Daniele was very nice to deal with.

The only thing is about the shower area, it was very small and found it hard to take a shower properly.

We really liked the location just at the entrance of the down town, inside a gorgeous building well maintained. The apartment was clean, communication was good all the time. Every day we had a fresh pie on our table with a great breakfast.
