There should be a kettle in the room. Checkout is at 10, which is kind of early. It's outrageously expensive, but hey, it's Venice.

The room was very big. There is an elevator (not common in Venice). The place is super-clean. The staff is kind and helpful. Location is good, and the room was pretty quiet. The bathroom is large and it has a window. The bed was comfortable. There is a mini-fridge and a safe in the room.

Not having 24/7 check in staff was a little strange.. Just plopping our key on the front desk when we checked out early, but wouldn't put me off booking again. For the price we paid, I was really happy.

Hotel is well located. Easy water taxi transport. It is a little old inside, rooms are a bit dated. But that does add to the overall Venice feel. When we arrived we were advised we could check in, went up to the room and it hadn't actually been cleaned yet. The staff were nice about it and got it sorted within 30 mins. They had been really busy with checkouts, so an honest mistake. Some lovely little bars nearby and it is lovely and quiet in the night time. Would recommend for a couple as price was really good for Venice.

My only negative comment was with regards to the safe. The guest was not able to use a code of their choice but a number already programmed by the hotel and written in the door of the safe. Any staff member with access to the room would have been able to access the safe.

I honestly can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

The staff was amazing, they were very willing to help and very nice. The rooms were big and comfortable. The locations was very good, more towards a corner than the center but still in the touristy area and we were able to walk anywhere we wanted.

Beds hard and uncomfortable pillows were flat with no choice of type of pillow to sleep on.

Location was quite away from crowds. Waterbus is close by.

Reception staff were businesslike, but could have been a bit more warm/friendlier. Us Brits like a cup of tea first thing in the morning, there was no tea and coffee-making facilities in the room or drinks machine in reception. You can get coffees next door, or there is another small coffee shop 2 minutes away.

Traditional hotel, comfortable room. Breakfast was good, Location was great, If you get the water taxi from Marco Polo Airport, get off at Guile, literally 5 minutes walk from the other side of the canal. Many restaurants in the area, next door is the very good, Al Parlamento, a locals haunt, had a very nice meal one night.

The Room was outside of the hotel and when we asked for another the answer was just, we are fully booked and its not possible. The checking was not great, because there was no instructions for where is the breakfast, the checkin was take the keys and is outside on your right.

The city is incredible regardless on wher eyou do sleep. The Breakfast was ok, met the expectations.

The breakfast had too many sweets and the actual food was not available but the lady would bring you a few thin slices.

The room was very elegant and clean. They had an elevator for my mother. Staff was polite and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage.

It was understood that as per my booking and earlier request I should have a deluxe room with canal view . However I was given a side room with no view overlooking another side house . Upon my request another canal view room was given with extra cost . Though the canal view room was vacant my earlier request were ignored . Felt this was unfair and just an extra cost . The property photographs shows canal view which prompts people to get attracted to book but can be disappointing experience with the side view rooms . Upon request electric kettle was given.

The interior was good . The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The toilet was big and nicely made up .

The bed was a bit hard because of the spins in the mattress are aged. The Breakfast was ok, but they focusing mainly the sweets. I can imagine a more continental style breakfast.

Excellent location. With a short walk you can reach all the famous destination in Venice. Close the the main parking garages and do not need to carry our luggage across Venice.

The room was a good size, very clean and overall was very nice. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, within easy walking distance of the train station and most parts of Venice. The staff was welcoming and we could store our luggage at the hotel after check-out. We had booked the option of "any room to be assigned" and for the money we paid felt it was great value for the money.

The rooms didn’t have a kettle for tea and coffee this can be improved.

The rooms were clean the location was perfect we reached everywhere by foot.Check in was easy even if we were late we were provided with the instructions.Pay at property option was an advantage too.

the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the singing from the shower in the other room.

15 minutes walk away from Santa Lucia station. Very close to the waterfront and Vaporetto station. Classic style cozy hotel room.
