The lady that hosted us was so nice and kind, for breakfast she made sure we have what we need, sweet and salty, it was delicious. The room was warm and cosy and the view was nice even with the fog. The bus station to go to Bolzano is not far and also they have a restaurant right next to the building. The room looked better than in the photos from booking and it was a bit bigger than what it seemed.

Location is a bit close to a road, check in wasn’t like any normal hotel, the key was in a lockbox.

The Hotel was just like I expected. Location was Perfect if you are traveling by car. Next to the entrance from Bolzano and just 5 minutes to the center by car.

The hotel is situated on the road to the city and it was a bit noisy particularly in the morning because of the cars. Though the room was clean and prepared for us, but we found toilet paper in the water closet not flushed. So it made feel us a bit uncomfortable as it was used by somebody before our arrival.

There was a convenient parking place, the room was good enough. The bed was convenient to sleep. Everything was more or less as we have expected: out of center and more in the nature.

The main thing we loved about this property was the extremely kind and friendly hospitality from the proprietor, Marianne. She really went out of her way to make us feel welcome and help us with our terrible German, and we felt so at home. The property itself is clean, attractive and has great facilities. Our room had lots of sun and a lovely balcony. We appreciated having the fridge in the room for drinks and the bathroom was well appointed. There is an affordable restaurant attached to the property which is super convenient. The hotel is a ten minute bus ride to Bolzano.

The room was smaller than expected and location was not where i thought. the location issue is mine because i could have done better research. It is not bad, but not what i expected.

The location is right beside the cycle trail, so perfect for cyclists. It was also next to the main road, so good for cars too. We had secure storage for our bikes and a restaurant next door for dinner. Breakfast was served by the host and was lovely.

when we booked the room it was specified there is free parking, however, there's a restaurant at the same place, and they told us we can't park there until 10:00 pm, as the parking is for the restaurant guests. I don't know if it was a one-time issue but I had to part around 100 meters from the place and at around 10 pm I went to bring the car closer

very clean, the rooms were in the right size for 2 people, the rooms shared a huge balcony so it was nice to stay there in the evening. The check-in process was very easy and the owner was very nice, although she doesn't speak English. in addition, there is a very good restaurant in the same place

By a very busy road, so was unable to open windows. Not really a problem for us though as we only stayed one night.

The property had 5 rooms w a small breakfast room opened in the morning. No reception but you get an email the day of check in w a key safe combination. Location didn't show up in gps and was on a highway slip road which could be noisy. We were on first floor and could hear movement and noise from room above. Bathroom very small.

Free parking was good w lovely host. Breakfast was continual style. The outside of the hotel looked charming. A value property with a few cons.
