We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOdetta was so kind and helpful. We felt very welcome immediately on arrival. The room was comfortable and very well appointed and the B&B perfectly located. Turn left from the front door and less than a couple of minutes walk you are in the historic centre. Also absolutely bike-friendly. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with some lovely cakes. Highly recommended.

The house is very beautiful, the rooms are cozy, clean and fancy, there is a nice terrace with cactus and sofas to chill outside, the breakfast is amazing and you can choose between many cakes and salty snacks. But the best feature is for sure the hospitality of the host Odetta, she is so nice and cheerful, made us want to stay longer!

FranceKitchen is equipped but not fully . A coffee machine would be much appreciated for the morning to be more “indépendant”. There is one machine at the lobby but not so clear if we can use it or not . We had to ask but we were not quite sure it that was “normal way” but Odetta never refuse to offer a coffee .

ItalyIt was a bit humid inside, which I believe is normal for summer houses on the seaside. There is air conditioning anyway, so not an issue at all.
The position was great, only 200m walk from the old town. Reserved parking was also available at €3 per day. The place was very clean and the staff was kind and friendly.

Lovely new room with large bathroom and great shower. It's an old cellar-type space with a glass door and window opening onto the (quiet) street, with good privacy provided by shutters. They couldn't accommodate breakfast before 8:00 but gave us juice and dry bread & jam for the morning

IrelandThis comes highly recommended. Otranto is a beautiful citadel, seemingly overlooked. Do yourself a favour and go see it. It is less than an hour from Brindisi. Take the coast road.
Odetta is a wonderful host. She cannot do enough for you. Everything is as it should be. The apartment is truly great it even has its own terrace. The situation is ideal, just beside the Aragonese Castle; not on the noisy side.
