Too many beds in a room where I stayed.

EVERYTHING! The people, the environment, the location, cleanliness, the drinks and foods, all creatives rooms where we can milling around freely. AND the staffs are AWESOME! They treated me very kindness and very welcome. I love them!

To say two tiny stuff, they could add curtains to the beds and more toilet paper in the private and shared toilets. If you go early in the morning, there is no toilet paper anywhere.

Everything! I've been in many hostels during my trip and this has been the best by far. The building is big and amazing, there's an area for everything you need, the staff is very kind and it's all clean and safe.

I was surprised in every aspect, did exceed my expectations. Although there were lots of people in the same room it was really comfy. It was extremely easy to get acquainted with everyone, people were really friendly and talkative. Downstair bar was a place everyone gathered and spend their evenings, but there was also a plenty of room to simply just rest and chill. As a bonus, hostel is located in a decent location with beautiful views.

The hostel hosts an event each night which is great if you want to be social however it was quite loud until the early hours of the morning some nights.

By far the best hostel i’ve ever been to. The staff was really nice, breakfast was great, bathrooms and rooms were very comfortable and neat, kitchen very well equipped and the karaoke night was like super fun. The guests also helped in the experience, met a lot of nice and opened people who made me feel at home. The best part of my stay was Juan Luis. Best receptionist ever, helped me in everything i needed and embraced me since when i arrived. I’m coming back and recommend the hostel a 100%, for sure :)

The hostel was extremely new, clean, friendly, staff very careful and helpful. Location is very close to the most cool bars like OJDA. I very picky person but this Ostello Bello has gotten 10/10. Bravo!

The location is a little bit far from the bus station but if you rent a scooter or a bike it's okay.

The staff is great, the place looks very nice and they provide some free food for the guests which is very nice of them!

Hello whoever is reading this feedback. I’m gonna write it in English so everyone can get to read it and understand it and I’ll be very honest, this is one of the best or the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Let’s start with the staff ( Juan, Elide,Giulia…) without forgetting the rest of the staff who clean the rooms everyday and always friendly without exception. At the bar as well always smiling and having time to talk and make jokes even when they are super busy. Before I forget you will be offered a free coin for a drink of your choice once you arrive ;) You have free pasta, free viggies, free fruits, and a wonderful kitchen to cook your own meal I meaaan you have no excuses to not cook there. I extended my booking with them because I loved palermo and I was feeling like home at ostello bello. Let’s talk about activities, I never got bored and after i extended my staying there I sometimes wouldn’t mind staying the whole day at the hostel because it was very fun. Karaoke nights, games, music , DJ nights were the best. That was my best holiday and I will definitely try other ostello bello in napoli and Milan for sure. This is your sign guys to book in this particular hostel ❤️🙌 I really couldn’t believe how perfect everything was there.

It's hard to find better once you've tried Ostello. The truth is that I was pleasantly surprised, I booked a room for one night for my trip to Palermo simply looking for a place to rest for a couple of hours before taking the boat to Tunisia, my biggest criterion was that it was near the port, and here I found one of those places where you feel at home from the first moment. I frequently go to Palermo, and I stayed in a hostel where I was always very comfortable except for its location, which is in the center, and that makes it impossible to find a parking space. The staff at Ostello is super friendly. The Spanish guy who greeted me is the type to shake hands and smile when greeting, something that immediately makes anyone feel welcome. The facilities are huge, modern, super well maintained and clean. Outdoor spaces where you can sunbathe, rest, listen to music and meet new people. Work areas and internet connection and a kitchen that invites you to stay, with free access to everything you may need to cook a good Italian-style pasta dish, and fresh products such as vegetables and fruits.
