The staff was exceptional. Elia is an awesome manager and host. My stay was really fun and everyone had high energy. The place was super clean and it was really easy to commute in and out of. The location is just a bonus.

I travel a lot for work, and this time I decided to stay in a dorm to socialize a bit. Ostello Bello was the excellent place to do so: Amazing staff and regular evening social events created a warm and healthy environment to get to know and bond with other people. Breakfast was great, kitchen was generously filled with cooking material, bar was nice. I will definitely come back!

To be honest.... the only thing that would have made it better would have been the terras to be open til later.

The staff was amazing! The events were alot of fun! And the tips elia gave on where to go for nice places to see was wonderfull. He really made the stay alot more fun and he helped me out alot! Without him the stay wouldnt have been the same^^ thank you staff and thank you elia! See you soon.

Would highly recommend this hostel! The rooms are very clean and cleaners come every day! I booked a room for 4 people and for the whole 5 days, there were only 2 of us there which was nice. I also must mention that every night they have different activities in the lobby. If you are a solo traveler that helps a lot to make new friends! The staff is very helpful especially Elia, he was always happy to help!

Unfortunately the hot water in our room broke on my 2nd day so we did have to use another room to shower. I only stayed 3 nights so it wasn’t a big problem.

Location was great! Room was spacious and clean. Having 2 bathrooms both attached to the room was great for 4 girls. The draws under the bed were a really good size, I managed to fit all my stuff inside easily. It also has an option to lock if you bring your own padlock. Loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the hostel.

The location is near the Metro Station and also walkable to the center itself so no need to buy extra tickets for tram not unless you don't like to walk. I booked a mixed dorm for the first time, but it's not that bad. My roommates are all male and don't worry, if you're comfortable seeing a boxer shorts then this should be fine. The sink in the washroom has issues at first but you can request anything using GOKI (the app they use) and they immediately amend my request. I paid for laundry, I think around 8 Euros. They forgot to give me the 1 free token drink, I don't mind though since I was out the whole stay but yeah just want to add it here.

I had a wonderful stay at Ostello Bello Firenze. The location was perfect. The staff were great. There was always free water, coffee, fruits and vegetables available in the kitchen. I also enjoyed sitting on the terrace and the nightly entertainment

My room windows were facing the street, which was rather noisy (probably won’t seem so for the people living in big cities) . First night was cold and no additional blankets in the room. Next day very kind lady from reception gave me one.

Location is great. Walking distance to museums, next to food market, cafes. Common areas with bar, kitchen. I did not cook, but it seemed that everything was there (even same pasta and veggies) in case one would like to.

I was welcomed by the sweetest receptionist ever on my day of arrival (Saturday, April 27 afternoon). She was such a lovely and very helpful person. I would like to thank her and every staff member who made me feel welcomed. The place is very safe for female travelers and it offers great activities too.

Everything was great. From rooms to beds to charging sockets to hospitality to washrooms to the cleanliness and the bar and social scene everything was great! Loved being there. Im definitely going to stay there when I travel to Florence next.

The bathroom in room 1 was a bit run down. Not dirty, it was very clean, but it could use a new shower screen, for example.

The staff are lovely. The Karaoke nights were a blast, and the guided wine tour as well. The general entertainment -and getting to know each other- activities that are offered for free are incredible
