The receptionist was very helpful and nice, her behaviour stands out compared to other accomodations. And the breakfast was surprisingly abundant. Looking at the room this is a tipical 3 star Italian hotel.

Lack of some fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers at least) in the breakfast menu The sound protection of the rooms is very poor. Cleaning could be a bit improved (dust on the towel dryer in the bathroom and under the bed) Would be better to have some hooks in the bathroom as well.

Hotel and rooms would need renovation, also cleanliness could be improved. Most negative point was that on our first day we came to breakfast before 09:00 even though it is officially until 10:00 and definetely not overcrowded beginning of January but almost everything was out like croissant, salami, mortadella, fruit and other. The staff tried to catch up a little but not to our and others satisfaction. The next day we went to breakfast at 08:00 and enjoyed the full variety of continental breakfast.

Friendly staff, free parking, equipped with everything you need including mini fridge at very reasonable price. Breakfast OK if you be there early enough (see below).

It is an old hotel. You could not open the windows because the smell outside was awful. It should be more cheap for what they offer.

Labors stay a lot and even rooms are non smoking our rooms smell tobaccos and out of the window you can see the cigarettes that have been smoked. Our rooms are at the 1st level.

The location is between Venice and Milano. Nice to stay, clean and breakfast is perfect.

The location in the industrial zone is not ideal but the room was quiet.

It is the only cheap hotel in the region and we were grateful to find it as it was raining. There is a good ratio quality price.

Furniture is a bit old

Employees are very welcoming. Breakfast is very good. We were late getting up, and still were allowed to have breakfast even after the regular hour. Price is super cheap compared with other hotels in the area

Some people from the staff were not always really welcoming. I've been a little disappointed sometimes. The air conditionner was not efficient and it was really worm in the room.

The room was clean and the breakfast offered different sort of food. It's a nice place to spend one night and you have all equipment you need in the room.

The shower was rusted at the bottom and it looked dirty, at the start there was only 1 towel for a 2 person room. The breakfast was just a very small selection without even cheese or any fresh vegetables. It just seems more like a 1 start hotel from everything seen and to where I have been before

The location is terrible - in the middle of a almost derelict industrial area. The outside (of the yard) was unkempt, with weeds and dirt including a used nappy on the ground. I know this isnt really the hotel's responsibility but it is their problem. The breakfast was satisfactory at best but on each of three days we stayed, I had to ask for something to be replenished - more milk, more juice, more ham/salami. There were people that came for breakfast after me who obviously missed out on some aspects of what was a fairly limited breakfast because they were probably uncomfortable to ask and also becasue there wasn't really a staff member in attendance (they were on reception). The beds were relatively uncomfortable. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet ready to take off. It was so bad that we kept the main light (which was coordinated with the fan) off.

The room was of a reasonable size. The spa bath was good but not all the buttons worked and there was no instructions. There was a good range of power points in the room. The air-conditioner was wonderfully cold (much appreciated because it was very hot (37C) at the time of our stay. .
