It was great location, staff was great only thing that was hard to adjust to was the air conditioner would turn off throughout the night and the time we were there the temp was hour outside and if the air would stay on it would be excellent

The owner Luciano and 2 staff are very helpful and friendly. Property is charming, historical and well maintained. Location is in the middle of the historical district so handy to all the sights.

Very good staff, good location, good services! Very welcoming Host! If i ever come to Florence again, this hotel will be in priority list! Around hotel is everything you need, and you can go anywhere you want from here by foot, everything is so close!

Being in the very centre, and having the window towards the street, it was a little noisy in the evening and at night, but with the windows closed you couldn't hear too much.

Excellent location, the Duomo was a 5 minute walk away, really central! The breakfast was very nice, and had a lovely view into the back garden from the breakfast room, quite a few books in English to flick through as well. Despite check-in only being till 3pm, the instructions to enter later were super easy, and I even had little notes stuck to the wall with arrows and my name pointing me in the direction of my room. Nice touch! Thank you. I had a heavy bag and was alone, so the lift was great! The area is good as well for going out to eat in the evening, many restaurants within a few minutes walk. The room was very clean and smelled nice, bathroom was clean and fresh. The male employee (sorry didn't catch the name) on reception was very very friendly!

Very affordable stay and great value for money in a city like Florence! Small and simple room but super clean. Travelled alone and felt very safe in the area which is close to pretty much everything. Would recommend!

There is no real communal area - perhaps because of the time of year the garden was not accessible. As we travelled with friends, it would have been nice to have an area where we could perhaps have shared a drink together at the end of the day but this was a minor issue in the scheme of things.

Excellent location very close to all the attractions. Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

Pretty much nothing. As a tea lover, some little long life milk pots to go with the tea and coffee in the room but I know it Italy, that's unusual.

The room was perfect, beautiful, large (even the bathroom) with a private, pretty little outdoor area. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of space to put things. The staff were friendly and more than helpful with advice on travel and arranging transport. The continental breakfast was lovely, self service with lots to choose from, a great way to start a long day of sightseeing. The location was amazing, very close to all the main sights but it also felt very local with some great restaurants and bars close by. Even though you are in the heart of everything the room and building are quiet and peaceful, it feels like such a haven to step in to. We also felt very safe. A total gem of a hotel!

The checking in having to ring owner to get in I missed email with details of getting in so probably made it harder, there is no checking desk just notes on door for your room, but overall a very pleasant stay owner very friendly and helpful organising taxi to station

The only complaint I had was the noise. The street where the hotel is located has a lot of cafés and bars, and it gets quite noisy during the night just from people passing by. They do provide earplugs you can use though, which was very thoughtful. Not a very big deal though.

Amazing location, comfortably within walking distance from all major museums. Good food nearby as well. Staff was really great and the included breakfast is quite decent. Room was spacious, well-kept and everything was clean and neat.

finding the address was tricky, the google maps always showed the adjacent street to the location and had to call the hotel who were courteous in explaining the way... but if possible need to get something done for correct loaction on the maps as going to and fro on the streets with luggage was painful otherwise all great and good...

Loved our stay here. Hosts were so accommodating and friendly. We were a family of four here for 5 nights and it was ideal for our needs. Comfy beds, great breakfast, ideal location and spacious, clean rooms.
