Great location in the hills outside Modena. Countryside unbelievably beautiful. Just 8 rooms and a stunning pool area. Restaurant on site meant that you could relax after a days touring in Modena or Bologna

The room was large, clean, bright, with a beautiful view and there was privacy. The staff was very kind, especially Adelina who took care of everything we needed at breakfast and was very nice. At dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, which was very tasty and recommended, Francesco the waiter was perfect, helped and explained with a smile. Adelina and Francesco, thank you very much for making our experience. Additionally, we chose to participate in the wine and balsamic vinegar tasting, which was a really good decision. High-quality products, both the wine and the vinegar, and also the Parmesan cheese they make. Thank you to the entire Opera 02 staff, we will definitely return in the future.

Everything! The stunning location with views of the vineyards, the incredibly romantic room, the dinner and service in the evening, the gracious owner—every aspect of the experience was exceptional. From the accommodations, to the wine and balsamic tour, the food, and the service, we were treated to a luxurious experience at a high-end agriturismo. I will definitely come back—we enjoyed every moment!

What a gem ! Location second to none amidst the vineyards and fields. Great pool. Amazing food in the onsite bistro / restaurant which is very popular with local Italian families (this tells its own story 👍). We took the vinegar loft tour to learn about balsamic vinegar - also well worth it. Staff were first class.

Very poor room cleaning. 1 small shower gel + 5 body lotions for 3 nights. No replacement towels at all after second night - then given a smelly used towel which I wiped my face with! YUCK ! Bad room cleaning is the only thing which spoilt a good stay.

It was an expensive taxi ride to and from town if you did not have your own vehicle so you just have to know this in advance if you want to go back into town

Property was beautiful and the room was a very good value. The staff was great. The restaurant was excellent. We had dinner and breakfast there. We really the products produced on the property. We had some sent home to enjoy later.

This is a fantastic hotel that gives you an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it because it has everything: amazing rooms, great service, delicious food, and a good selection of wines. The wine and vinegar tour, led by the very pleasant owner, is a must do experience.

The only thing that bothered us was the sheets in the bed which were unbearably itchy and it was very difficult for us to fall asleep like that. The dinner we ate there was mostly mediocre - I do not recommend the restaurant in the hotel, certainly when there are many better options around

A simply perfect hotel! The hotel is tiny and boutique - it has only eight rooms, each of them named after a different product from Emilia Romagna. The rooms are carefully decorated in a relaxing Nordic design, the hotel itself is beautiful, clean and pleasant. Our room had a huge and fun bathtub. The rooms are arranged in a corridor in front of which is the balsamic winery of the place - from which a pleasant smell emanates to the entire corridor and a great view of the balsamic barrels. The view is breathtaking - and it can be seen from the rooms, from the pool, from breakfast and everywhere. Surrounding the hotel are vineyards and wide, green fields, stunning in their beauty. The pool is pampering and pleasant, with a wonderful view of the vineyards. The staff were all lovely. In addition to the accommodation, we also took a balsamic tour with tastings conducted by the charming Delilia. Her stories and the tour were fascinating, the tastings were great and special, highly recommended!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and pool area was a dream. The restaurant was amazing, and it was lovely to have dinner outside overlooking farmlands. We also enjoyed the guided tour of the winery and balsamic vinegar production.

It’s away from everything. You either go here to enjoy the quiet or stay in town somewhere.

This is an awesome, rural getaway. Beautiful rooms, each with a private patio and view. The restaurant is excellent, the service terrific. We used it as a weekend getaway during a two week vacation in Italy and were thrilled.

Every bit of our stay was fantastic. The rooms are very nice, comfortable and the view is amazing! The entire staff was fantastic! Friendly, knowledge and extremely helpful with all request. We would recommend to stay here and hope to be back.

Would be good to add towel rack also in the bathroom where sinks are. Currently there is no place to hang towel there… it wouldn’t take much. More options at breakfast in terms of fruit.

Location is great and the rooms are really nice. Perfect for a relaxing stay. I didn’t use the pool but looked amazing!
