The rooms are small but well appointed with all the necessities and lovely decor. The windows open to the canal, garden or floral alley with a fruit tree out of our window.

Perfect location on a canal, close enough to walk to train station, lovely garden, indoor or tables on the canal for breakfast, beautiful rooms and the staff was wonderful! They helped us get a private water taxi quickly and we arrived at our sunset cruise in plenty of time. So helpful, friendly and kind !

There was absolutely nothing not to like.

Everything was perfect - the location close to the station (we did not want to schlep our heavy luggage in the heat over cobbles and bridges), the staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious (by Venice standards) and comfortable, the bathrooms modern with nice showers and the breakfast was well priced and very good. We really liked the firm, comfortable mattress and memory foam pillows

Received a canal view, but really was a view of the bus station. Would suggest garden view for same price.

Good location, easy to get to from train or bus station. Room was comfortable and very quiet, and the service was excellent. Also liked the more authentic Venice vibe.

Fantastic location, just a 5 min walk from the Piazzale Roma bus stations, 10 mins from the Venezia Santa Lucia train station, and 20-30 minutes walk from San Marco. Friendly staff. Spacious room for our family of three. Excellent air-conditioning. Very comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was good. It's next to the bus station and less than a 10 minute walk to the train station. the breakfast was a typical continental and the hours are from 7:00 to 11:00.

All of the stairs leaving the train station to haul the luggage to the hotel. The stairs are very wide, and they could use a side of them for a ramp to roll luggage. That would be very helpful.

The bathroom had a bidet that took up the rest of the space of the already small room. It blocked the way when getting in and out of the shower and whilst using the toilet, one could stare right into it.

The breakfast was excellent. Staff members were helpful and friendly. The location was great, I could get on foot pretty much everywhere. And when I wished to go further and asked for a water taxi, the receptionist didn't hesitate to order one for me.

The only small down of our stay was we were offered a boat trip, organised by hotel on the day of our arrival. We paid €80 for the 2 of us for 1 hour trip. We were a bit disappointed that it was with a taxi boat and the driver never spoke for the duration of the ride. Think we were expecting to have landmarks pointed out but it was more of a journey around canals. Still enjoyed it but not quite what we hoped!

The Hotel is very stylish and romantic, rooms and especially bathroom are extremely clean and stylish, beds are very comfortable, the Staff are very nice, welcoming, cheerful and helpful. the breakfast is of very good quality. The location is perfect to come from the airport without the need of boat which is rare in Venice.

Perfectly located near the Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia train station. Well maintained, with a friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. This is our hotel of choice when visiting Venice.

Location was great. It’s a very short walk from the buses, but far enough away to not hear the noise. It was easy access to water taxis, gondolas and great reasonably priced restaurants. It was a 25 minutes walk from st marks, which our 6 and 9 year old managed in the heat, there are a lot of shady spots on the way. The best thing for us though was some of the staff. I lost my drivers license while there, and the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful, she called places, and even offered to walk around there. The same lady recommended some great restaurants, we went to one of them and had a fantastic meal. Everyone was very helpful. Rooms were really clean, and had all the things needed for a family. P.S. my 6 year old girl said the breakfasts were great and the beds were super comfy.

The hotel was so close to the people mover that took us to meet our shuttle to Ravenna cruise port. Great location, just steps away from the Piazzale Roma. Great restaurants nearby and the service staff was awesome!

Very close to car park for those arriving in Venice by car with luggage. Excellent breakfast. Great room for a family of 4. Lovely staff. Nice garden area.
