Hard to reach - the way from the road is a little bit complicated for the car (not SUV). Internet connection could be better

The owner welcomed us already at the parking lot. they also accommodated kittens. The room with a balcony and a view of nature was perfect! And the amazing breakfast that he made for us in the evening since we were leaving at night. Amazing hospitality ♥️

Beautiful place with charming atmosphere of Tuscany countryside. Excellent breakfast with wide choice of different meals, fresh fruits, drinks. Unforgettable friendly host having a great experience in this kind of business. Oasis Sant Anna invites for another visit in the future.

It goes hand in hand with having a beautiful peaceful spot- 15 min car ride to closest dinner/food.

We loved the second floor balcony looking over the pond. It is a very peaceful and great place. The shower was also better than many other smaller B+Bs we have stayed at too.

The road to the facility was very bumpy which was for our car (low sportscar) very difficult to drive. But other cars won’t have those troubles. So actually no dislikes.

Very beautiful location, with a lot of nature. A beautiful room, with a lot of space and a gorcious view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would go there another time!

Andrea was very kind during all our period of stay. He is very friendly and can help you with all your questions. We hope that he will develop his business more and more. The breakfast was perfect 11/10. The road to Villa is ok for Fiat 500 and his suspension do not worry. No problem to find the Villa even in the evening by Waze/Google maps. The nearest shop in Sassetta, bars, restaurants also there. Perfect location for trip to Pisa/Florence by car. Free parking for car. Wi-Fi is ok for YouTube. The lake is very beautiful for walking during the day. The room is comfortable-everything is ok. Thank you Andrea!

The only thing that bothered us a little was thin walls so you could literally hear everything from the neighbour's rooms and they could hear you as well. Also you do need a car to get to the property.

We had an amazing stay. Andreas and his breakfasts were absolutely fabulous, he was helpful in every way and beyond. The place itself is just breathtaking. To wake up every morning and have the luxury of a private lake to go swimming in, just made my day. Great for families, couples, single travelers and also the property welcomes pets! I loved it and will be back for sure!

This place is an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The staff were very friendly and the location is so picturesque that it exceeded my own expectations. The room and bathroom were spotless and the view out of my room was something you could make paintings of. The lake and surrounding areas were clean, safe and full of charm, I even went for a dip in the lake and did enjoy seeing a family enjoying their time in the lake too. I will definitely stay here again when I travel back to Italy as it was a truly gorgeous place.

The access road is not suited for really low cars.

The villa is located 5-6 km from Sassetta and it is nested on a small hill surrounded by forest. The host (Andrea) was amazing and really was there for us. In general amazing stay. The lake is perfect for swimming and cooling off during the hot summer days. The water is of a green to turquoise hue and the lake has a platform in the middle for sunbathing or jumping into the water. The room where we stayed did not have AC but one is not really needed as the temperature is just right even do we visited in July. Everything else was just right. Ample parking.

Andrea is an amazing and friendly host. He adviced us the best restaurants around and everything was exactly as he said. Breakfast was very good! In general it was a very relaxing stay, which we will gladly repeat and recommend to everyone! For me 5 out of 5 and as a bonus swimming in the lake was amazing!

The owner is very kind and nice, it helped us and satisfied our requests. The location is in the middle of the wood, with a stunning lake view (where you can swim). The facilities are super clean and nice, the breakfast amazing italian typical breakfast plus italian delicious products! Definitely to recommend!

Perfect location! View to the lake, sounds of nature and no noise at all. Super friendly owner, who served nice and tasty breakfast, told us story about villa, region, gave some advices etc. Was absolutely happy to stay in this lovely and cozy place!)
