The room was clean and comfortable, and close to the tram station. The receptionist was very nice and helped me with anything that I needed. He is a very nice and kind person.

Adel was so kind and helpful host. He found medicine for us for our health issue. The room was so comfortable and big. Shared places and kitchen were clean as well. Nice choice for accommodation. Thanks for everything Adel :)

Very secure with 4 locked doors to navigate. Helpful staff Kitchen to use Very close to bus stop Air conditioner American food at Old Wild West restaurant was the best and they have vegetarian options Grocery store in same plaza

It is right on a main road so there is traffic noise.

Big room with private bathroom just across the hall. Just as many other reviews describe..easy access by tram to center (10min) or to Florence airport. Tram runs every 5 min. Everything was very clean. Staff helped me with late checkin after a delayed flight. Multiple rooms with a shared common area and fridge.

The air conditioner didn’t reach the whole room well so the beds not directly underneath it remained quite hot throughout the night.

The staff were really helpful! The location was great too, only a few minutes walk from the metro to take us into the city centre (~10 mins).

Nice and spacious room, welcoming staff that gives you all the tips you need. There's a common kitchen with a fridge and a water kettle that you can use. Easily accessible by tram or even by foot if you like to walk.

The B&B is located within a residential block, quite hard to find the location on Google maps. The phone numbers on the Signage on the street don't work. Reception is unmanned outside of hours so make sure you communicate well in advance your arrival time. No option to leave bags before check in.

It was basic for a night between flights - bed, toilet and shower. The aircon in the room was fabulous. Staff were friendly and rescued us when we got stuck in the tiny lift.

Host was very very friendly and helpfull, he walk us thru Novoli appartment and explain everything even he was in hurry. Room was clean and airconditioned. It was more like dorm room but for our one night stay it was good. On the hallway is balcony and next to balcony is kitchen. We got a private parking spot in garage under appartment. Which was secured by automatic gate. Appartment is situated right next to the tram/metro station so traveling inside city center was 10 minutes thing It was really cool place

The kitchenette needs a stove and commodities to at least have the choice to cook, it needs the female touch to feel homey and not just an empty room.

We like that actually was someone to receive us at the entrance of the building, the place is 10-15 minutes away from the center of everything in public transportation, market and places to eat really close, bathroom separate from room but exclusive to us, we like the privacy of having our own room but still be able to meet other people like a hostel with a kitchenette and a common area.

Spacious room with private bathroom with balcony and a shared kitchen. All facilities included. The host was friendly and could speak multiple languages (a big help for international travelers).

The room and bathroom were clean.The place was exactly as described, very comfortable.Our host was great and lovely person.He helped us about everything.The apartment was just bit far from center but we used tram so it solved.

I left a jacket in my room, sent an email to the staff and no one replied back hence, I lost my jacket it seems. No responser even when I advice I was arriving. It is frustrating not be able to trust the property staff

The bathroom and toilet were outside and across the room.

The person who took care of us was very kind. The rooms were clean and we saw that they were cleaned regularly. Very close to the tram. We had no trouble with transportation.

The shared bathroom was horrible, we had to say that those in the other room left a used intimate towel and left it super dirty, the shower is super small and full of fungus

Maybe a few more items in the common kitchen but it was not a problem for us.

A great location with the tram out front getting us to the old city centre quickly. There was a great supermarket across the road and a laundromat around the corner. Our room had a comfy bed and an on-site with reliable hot water. Our host was friendly and very helpful. A great base for our time in Florence.
