Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The property was amazing . We stayed in the executive suite as there was 5 of us and the place was so spacious even with the fold out couch. I have slept on a lot of fold out couch’s and this one was very comfortable. The place itself was very clean the facilities are great. Dishwasher and a washing machine was a bonus. Big fridge stocked with water and drinks was a bonus. The view on the terrace was the cherry on top. Cannot fault this place

The property is fantastic and highly recommended; room we had was large, amenities in there were perfect, double sinks were extremely helpful when getting ready and the bathroom/shower were also really spacious! The whole building was spotless! The terrace on the roof that is available to everyone is unreal, was fantastic to overlook the Rome skyline from here while relaxing! Location is amazing, within walking distance to everything, a lot of top restaurants, shops and bars nearby also - when we are returning to Rome we will most definitely be trying to rebook here! Staff went above and beyond for us and are a credit to the Nikis! Thank you for helping us throughout our trip, best of luck for the future and myself and Katelynn hope to see you again in the future!

Perfect area, many cafes and restaurants to have a bite and tons of small shops at walking distance. The area is quite and perfect for a stay with kids.
