We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Really lovely staff....could not do enough. So helpful at reception and always friendly. I asked for a mattress topper as found the beds a bit hard and it was sorted the next morning. A very confortable stay and a great location.

UkraineThere is no such thing, the hotel is really good value for the money.
The location is really good - not in the city center, but you can reach it by car with 5 mins drive from the center. The breakfast was good, Italian - a variety of pastries and also salumi and cheese. The room was clean and good, small window but the view is beautiful, but in general we didn't spent a lot of time in the room, so it was a perfect place to have a sleepover.

The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The view is amazing! Breakfast is not superb, but had some good options. And the staff is lovely and they all speak good English.

BelgiumThe hotel is very close to the ferry terminal and to Punta Tegge beach. The staff is very friendly, they recommend us good restaurants and gave us information to visit the island. The breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit juices and bread, home made cakes. Good air-conditioning and WiFi connection in the room. Parking place available.

The location was very good. Free parking. A good breakfast choice. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Lovely restaurant with super fresh fish dishes. But most of all I liked personnel. They are ready to go the extra mile so you would feel very welcome. And the sunsets from the window - wow, stunning.
