The AC is rather noisy, and even if you switch it off, you can hear the airflow from the system throughout the building - so, the room will never be quiet at all. At 09:50 AM an employee knocked rather silently, we did not hear this, so he came into the room "to check the minibar" (yes, it was a hotel employee with a re-strock trolley for minibars) - strange experience, strange concept.

Overall a good hotel, well-designed and with high ambitions.

Such a cool hotel! The design aspect was like nothing we’d ever seen before! Such a great location just outside of the city, walking distance from the brilliant navigli area. Staff extremely helpful, comfortable and clean rooms. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Some of the pillows weren’t very comfy - a bit lumpy but I flagged it with the staff and they were very happy to fix the issue

Unfortunately, two of the ladies at the reception were providing the opposite level of service that “Marco” had, and slightly different attitude and approach at the moment of check in, but everyone else was absolutely amazing!

Loved the new receptionist (blonde new guy, I guess was Marco, unfortunately I cannot remember the name, he mentioned to me he spent some time in UK ) however, he had a great professional can do attitude that stood out of the crowd. Please send my regards to ‘Marco” if that’s he’s name and please rest assured that will be back more often to stay with you, great place and great customer experience. I hope to see him in a month time when I’m planning to be back, might be with work this time!

Loved our stay here. Beautifully styled hotel with great design features. The rooms are generous, comfortable and clean as well as stylish. The staff were all helpful and energetic. Location is quiet but city is only 20 minutes away with Navigli canals nearby. Highly recommended 👌

I don't really liked the location of the hotel, but I haven't paid attention to that when I booked the room. It felt a little bit desert but maybe that's because of the holidays. The room could have had more facilities, but overall the experience was very good.

Nhow Milan is a great hotel, big and very clean. I think the size of the room worked just fine and the facilities of the hotel are also good. It's a modern and colourful place, and silent corridors which is good to sleep.

No pool in autumn and winter. The fire alarm went in the middle of the night and everybody had to go out the hotel. Somebody smoked in the room. I understand it is policy but next time maybe see first if there is an actual emergency? If possible.

Since a few months I always stay here when I am in Milan for work. The hotel is modern. Personnel is nice, rooms big and clean. Location is ok. Not in the center but on walking distance from Navigli. The thing that could be better is to open the pool also in winter.

Fantastics and really colourful location, lots of visual surprises. The ceiling of the room must have 5 meters high. Great breakfast with enormous variety of cuts, fruits, baked things, juices, etc. etc.

There’s an issue with the shower head in my room that made my stay a bit uncomfortable as it was difficult to have hot shower and when I switched to hot, it became cold immediately making the water temp interchangeable. The restaurant menu could have more options to choose from as in breakfast, and the sauce they serve along with pasta could have been better.

I liked the decoration on the walls at the reception and outside the front door. It was neat and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, and many options to choose from. Bar was ok and served nice cocktails. Gym and spa facilities were really good and spotless clean.

Air Fresheners a little overpowering in the common areas.

Lovely "Hip" hotel, a little out of city centre but very accessible using 14 Tramline, which was a few minutes walk away. Very lively night life in the Navigli canal area close by.

The room was fine although there was only cold water running from the shower and there was no chromotherapy. We didn't really like breakfast: coffee in paper cups, cold scrambled eggs, cold bacon, cold pancakes, ... The distance from the city center is quiet long (more 20 minutes by taxi and even more than 40 minutes by tram.

The size of the room was fine. We booked a junior suite. It was clean. The personel was friendly. The atmosfer is quirkey. We were able to leave are luggage in another hotel closer to the center of Milan.

For a Milan the city of coffee / espresso culture in Italy, I would have expected a better espresso service during breakfast. Don't let that stop you from going here though!

NHOW Milan is my favourite hotel in Milan, this is due to it's quirky / artsy rooms and decoration, and its wonderful location in the Navigli area, which is always bustling, and remarkably less touristy than you would expect. Bonus is that they seem to almost always be able to provide me with a parking spot for the duration of the stay.

If i am not mistaken, we had a PWD room. no hotel slippers recieved. 2 guest but we only had 1small bottle of water free.
