The decor/ lighting in the cloister part could have been a bit more imaginative.

Central location. Excellent staff. Nice bar, restaurant and roof terrace. Minimalist bedrooms, clean and comfortable. Concierge organised airport pick up and city tour.

I notified the hotel that it would be our 50th wedding anniversary weekend. No one got the message. I had asked for a room w view facing out toward the piazza. They gave us the worst room in the hotel. I went down and they charged be 20 to upgrade to a view. That was fine. And a nice staff person. No anniversary wish !! Bad hospitality. But not the hotels fault. My message with the the res office.

Garage parking assistance was disappointing. Slow to arrive and service could have been more complete given the lift handling.

For this beautiful old building with high ceilings and balconies in most rooms facing the street or Piazza Carlina, room sizes were somewhat on the small side, but that is a very small shortcoming for this otherwise a fine property.

I used to frequent Piazza Carlina for aperitivi when I lived in Turin and finding a hotel here brought back plenty of fond memories. A stone throw away from Via Po, La Mole and Piazza Vittorio, plenty of bars and restaurants around. Most people would look for something central like Piazza San Carlo, but this is the real Torino centre for me. This is a real gem. The internal courtyard and surrounding arcades have been tastefully renovated into a very fine restaurant with a generous wine list, and what more...with reasonable prices.

During my stay, one of the lifts was out of service so one had to wait for some time for the lift to arrive. The rooftop bar also was not available even if it was a Tuesday evening when it said it was open from Tuesday to Saturday. Although flat irons are available, one is not provided in every room. One has to iron their clothes in a specially designated room on each floor, I am guessing. This room is usually locked so you'd have to inform the reception first and wait for someone to arrive and unlock the room for your use.

The hotel was centrally located and close to many tour sites so it was easy to reach by foot. The building itself is beautiful and in a quiet part of town and one can have a restful sleep without having to hear outside noises. The room was spacious and overlooked the courtyard. Staff were professional, courteous, and very helpful.

Nothing much really. It is a 10 min walk to the city centre and shopping area, so it is really easy to reach on foot. The ramp to the underground carpark is a bit narrow and steep, but it is a historic building and to be expected; if you drive carefully, no problem at all (and my cars are wide and low...)

We always stay at NH Collection Piazza Carlina when visiting Turin! There is convenient and safe underground parking, the rooms are modern with all facilities one needs, there is a gym and the breakfast is great!

Room was VERY far from elevator. It was also some distance from the historical centre.
