We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe arrived late after getting off the ferry in Bari this hotel impressed us from the minute we arrived their hospitality even at 10pm was absolutely fantastic. They are the nicest people so kind and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, great bathroom with equipped with everything you could possibly need. Snacks and bottled are provided complimentary in the room which is a lovely touch. Spotlessly clean modern tv with Netflix etc. We tried the pizza from the restaurant absolutely fantastic if you stay here it is a must try ! Great value and delicious authentic Italian pizza and ingredients. Breakfast is included in the price with a good range of fresh items and hot drinks. The price we paid for the middle of august was absolutely great value. Secure parking is also included free of charge which was definitely a plus for us. Honestly it was a pleasure staying here and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Bari the hosts cannot do enough for you. Thank you so much to you all for your fantastic hospitality

Great hotel to stay around Bari; around 20' from the city center and 10' from the highway. Clean and totally new rooms, with large bathroom. Well furnished breakfast and the plus of using the restaurant for dinner, if you like. There's a closed parking space for free, around 200 meters from the hotel; super spot to safely park the car at night, though the distance can be annoying for loading/unloading luggage. However, there's a 30' parking in front of the hotel, and we say usually empty spaces for temporary parking, which we used as well. Good WiFi. Very recommended and super convenient prices.

This very nice, clean and comfortable boutique hotel was an excellent choice. Staff waited for our late arrival (almost midnight)l, showed us where to park the car and offered us a drink. Great hospitality and very professional team. They also run a very popular pizza restaurant downstairs. Didn't try the pizzas but they looked delicious.
