The bar area was cold with the air conditioning. Not necessary in October! Not cosy - shame as it could be so much better. Change the bar as it is hidden and get a good bar person that sells the area. It is a large area & could be changed around to maximise its usage. I work in hospitality and the bar had no one using it whilst we were there. Keep the clients in as much as possible.

Location was excellent. Easy walking. We never used the car at all.

A chair to sit on in the bedroom.

Room nicely sized with a view of the lake but no chair to sit in, only the bed. Good bathroom and shower. Hotel adjacent to the lake with an easy walk to the town.

Breakfast would benefit from an egg station to provide omelettes, fresh eggs.Bacon undercooked. The hotel rooms are very dated and in need of an upgrade which it seems is due to happen in/for 2024. The pool and surrounds needs revamp.

Great choice of bread and pastries at breakfast with a lovely outside seating area with view of lake. The location of the hotel is great right on the lake and only a few minutes stroll from shops and restaurants of Bardolino. Reception welcoming and helpful.

Hotel was brilliant, great view from our balcony and / or the restaurant. room was clean, staff very helpful and they even left us a bottle of Prosecco and basket of fruit as we were celebrating our anniversary.

Room was on the small side and only OK for a short stay, did tho have a good lake view. The pool water was coldish and only for hardy swimmers, our stay was in Sept and the sun did not get on to the pool tho there were plenty of sunny spots for relaxing around the pool area.

Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Service and food in the restaurant was good and the hotel was situated close to Bardolino centre, that is within easy walking distance.

The air conditioning got turned off at the end of September and our room was warm and stuffy. we were told to open the sliding door but the noise of the busy road kept us up all night.

Very pretty, nice view from restaurant and our room had a balcony.

Very comfortable hotel, ideally positioned an easy waterfront stroll from the centre of Bardolino, yet very quiet and secluded. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, even when flight delays meant we checked in at 2-00am! Excellent breakfasts, room kept meticulously clean. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The pool was freezing so I was disappointed it wasn't heated. If in the future, you decide to heat it - that would fantastic!

The hotel is situated in a beautiful setting, we loved sitting on our balcony looking at the lake. The staff are lovely, particularly all the receptionists who were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you, we will definitely be returning 😊 ☺️

I loved this hotel. It had everything. Short walk from a bus stop. Has a wonderful pool. The back end of the hotel is right on to the beach and the walking strip to the town about 5/10mins.

My experience was absolutely amazing. Very friendly hotel employees helped me to enjoy the stay - by providing tips on where to go, recommending winery and a shopping mall, ordering taxies and booking spa in the hotel from the same chain. I felt taken care of. Location is 5 mins from the centre, which is important, because the whole life is focused there. And you can see the lake from the window when enjoying great food or from your room if you booked the one with a view. I am looking forward to coming back again!

The decor is a little dated and tired. As an hotel it lacks activity and atmosphere is very quiet in the evenings.

the wifi wasn't great but I suspect it is Bardolino issue vs a hotel issue as my phone with roaming wasnt much better

it was a bit out of the main centre town and therefore so quiet . U liked that it was right on the lake and I could lake swim. The pool area perfect.As for the staff they were all wonderful ... some of the most helpful and welcoming that I have experienced on this month long trip in Europe. The room was comfortable and well set up
