There was only a sheet on the bed, no blanket or bed cover There was a big old tarp/blanket in the closet but it didn't look clean or comfortable material to be used on a bed.

The air con in our bedroom was very loud, and I am a very light sleeper. This is the only reason to why I have not given a 10.

We loved the location. The decor and ambiance of the entire place. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The property was very clean at all times. The bed was super comfy.

Excellent property. Super location, close to St Peter’s and Vatican. Central to visit other parts of Rome. Roof top views are amazing. Lots of nice restaurants and cafés within walking distance for a meal. Matteo, the manager and his mother (who was at the property to check us in ) are very helpful and so friendly. The bar man Serge is a gem, he gave us a lot history about the basilicas, churches and other buildings we could see from the from the rooftop views. Very helpful too. Will definitely stay there again.

Nothing loved everything about it

The most beautiful boutique hotel situated in perfect spot. Walking distance to most iconic spots. 10min to Castel St D’angelo 15 min to Vatican 10 min piazza Navona, 10 min to Trastevere we even walked to colosseum 30 mins Our room was comfortable The roof top garden was the best place to to watch the sunset over Rome & relax with a few drinks after a long day out. Matteo was the perfect host, so helpful, organised transfers, recommendations for restaurants etc helped us settle in & feel very welcome. Breakfast on the roof top terrace was spectacular. Christina was the most beautiful breakfast hostess. A perfect stay

Nothing, everything was great!

We stayed in a suite which was beautifully decorated and had excellent air con in the lounge and bedroom. The bathroom was huge and a great power shower! Our room was lovely and quiet and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Matteo and his team are so lovely and accommodating and he was always available at the end of a message if we needed anything or had any questions. We aren’t breakfast people so don’t know what that was like but we saw where breakfast is held (on the rooftop) and the setting is beautiful. Even the lift up to the rooms was interesting and dates back to the 1940s apparently!

We loved everything about the Inn.

The inn is excellent in all respects. The huge rooftop terrace has amazing views and was a delight to have breakfast each day. Breakfast was outstanding. The location is ideal to walk around Rome and visit all of the piazzas and restaurants. Matteo was an excellent host and his restaurant recommendations were much appreciated. Our room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The contactless check-in was very smooth. We look forward to staying there again when we return to Rome!

Everything was perfect! The staff were so helpful and friendly, the location and the rooftop terrace was amazing! The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, and plenty of food. Will definitely be back as soon as we can!

Emergency vehicle's sirens passing., but close bedroom window and it's quieter.

Location was ideal for St.Peters and the museum Bus to the train station was nearby and regular. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

There was nothing we didn't like

Everything about the Navona Queen rooftop was fabulous, the Hotel is authentic Italian, there is a relaxing ambience within the dwelling, the rooms are beautifully kept and very clean, Matteo is very attentive friendly and the customer service of all the staff at the hotel was 5* The roof top bar was the highlight, as we had breakfast there throughout our stay which was lovely, also the bar after a long day of touring and walking was a great escape from the busy streets and tourist spots. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again. Thank you.

We thought there was a rooftop Jacuzzi available with our booking, but it was a separate amenity with additional charge.

It seems the hot tub and rooftop bar in the evening may be seasonal or only open at full capacity as they weren't available. Still the rooftop in the evenings was great.
