The shower floors were slippery, the mattress was a little firm for our tastes (although this seems to be common more and more in hotels, just our personal preference), and the lounge seating on the rooftop had the cushions removed (this may have been a seasonal thing, though).

Fabulous charm, plenty of space, excellent location (within walking distance to the Pantheon, restaurants, shopping, etc.), and the staff and management were exceptional. Would absolutely book this again.

Matteo, Christina, Sarge, and staff were the absolute best! Welcoming, kind, gracious. Our suite was huge! Shower was fabulous. Breakfast delicious. Location was perfect. We loved everything about our stay and are looking forward to seeing our new friends again.

There was nothing not to like. However after having been travelling the only thing we really missed was the opportunity to have some laundry washed. There was no gym, but actually we walked miles and miles around Rome so wouldn’t have had the time or energy to work out as well.

A little hidden oasis in the middle of Rome, small and super friendly and in a great location. Nice size bedrooms with aircon, and a lovely comfortable bed. Matteo and the staff were lovely.

Only comment would be moving the furniture on the roof top at midnight can be heard in the rooms below but they were obviously trying to make it look good for the morning.

Breakfast had no variety. The "dismissal" at 9:30 was not professional. Breakfast is over at 9:30, understood, but do you really have to tell people to leave?

The room was amazing. The bathroom luxurious. Breakfast was available for an additional charge. If you love a firm bed, this is the place for you. Location could not be beat.

Breakfast was overpriced. They charge 17 euros per person no matter what. I only had a coffee and my kids had juice and fruit. Selection of foods not worth the money even if we did eat

I had ordered an airport transfer through the hotel in advance of our stay which did not appear, we waited in the airport but there was nobody holding a sign with my name on it despite a message from the hotel a number of weeks beforehand confirming this. However, as we took a taxi from the airport ourselves it worked out 10 euros cheaper than it would have been through the hotel so it benefited us in the end anyway. I arranged my own transfer back to the airport at the end of our stay just in case! Neither did we get two single beds as pre arranged via messages directly with the hotel (although to be fair as soon as I asked for this to be arranged it was so it didn't cause too much inconvenience)

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff who were responsible for cleaning the rooms and preparing breakfast were fantastic! The rooftop terrace was a great location for breakfast with an amazing view of the city. It was a central hotel and easy to walk to all the key tourist destinations so it was very conveniently located. The hotel was fairly quiet considering it was next to a main road and the room was big enough with everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

What a find! Great location, about 2km to Vatican, 1.5km to Trevil fountain, piazzas and parks. Breakfast was on par with a hotel many stars higher and the rooftop was the perfect location for it. Matteo leads a great team.

Serge in the bar is fantastic at his job. he was an excellent host whenever we went to the roof for a drink to wind down after a long day in the July heat of Rome. His recommendations were also excellent.

This hotel is in a very charming and well maintained old building which felt very European. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was tasty, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and air conditioned. The location is also very convenient.
