The soundproofing between rooms can be improved.

The apartment is very spacious and clean and the location is perfect to walk to all the interesting places Naples has to offer. We booked with breakfast from the bar located near the building (pastry & coffee) were the staff is super friendly and welcoming.

I had a wonderful stay at Napoli City Center. Vittoria was very available and incredibly kind. The breakfast was at the bar downstairs; it was delicious and a great way to start the day. I also appreciated being able to leave my luggage in a secure deposit after check-out. The room itself was very quiet, comfortable and clean, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay.

There is nothing I did not like. Everything was perfect.

The room was clean and cozy. It was located in the center of the city, making it super easy to reach all the transportation. All the instructions about the location were given ahead of arrival. This apartment was highly secured, through the three gated doors with locks. Having the elevator was absolutely a great plus. Our host greeted us warmly in person and helped/answered all the questions we had.

One little thing was that the WiFi did not work for us but no problem as we had data so we didn’t raise to the host. But if you do need WiFi raise to the host who were very lovely with assisting us with other queries.

Very modern apartment at a great central location in Naples which meant we were able to get to different areas either walking or with public transport. The apartment had a comfortable bed, great open wardrobe space and very clean! The shower was also great with both rainfall and handheld shower heads, bidet, large sink. We had the inner courtyard view but was still a lovely view. The flat is accessible via an elevator or staircase. You get a key fob to use the elevator, there is also a lobby downstairs with an attendant. The booking also came with breakfast vouchers which allowed you to choose from a selection of wonderful pastry items and coffee or bottled water from the cafe/restaurant which is just a minute walk from the apartment building which was nice. Gennaro and his lovely team were there to meet us on arrival even though we arrived earlier than we had thought we would. He sent us recommendations of things to do in the area and helpful video of how to access the apartment.

Excellent location with easy access to transportation, shopping and restaurants. The entrance was secure and made us feel safe in the evening when returning. The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating to our needs. They provided several recommendations in the area. The room was a perfect size for a family of four and very clean. Beautiful view from the balcony. The bar for breakfast had many options. We wish we could have stayed longer and would return on our next trip to Napoli.

The apartment was a key highlight of our travel to Napoli because it was amazing! Spacious, and tastefully decorated, and the location is simply unbeatable. A couple of meters walk to the Spanish quarters with great food and amazing local vibe, 2 supermarkets just around the corner, metro station within 5 minutes of walking, Galleria Umberto I also a few minutes on foot... The apartment also has two lovely balconies that allow stunning views of Napoli. It was a pleasure to stay here, and the place made our trip a few times better. The location is highly central, in a lovely building with a reception, and is guarded and gated through the weekend. The hosts were very kind - they explained everything and were available via WhatsApp if we needed them. We also received coupons for Italian breakfast at the cafe downstairs and coffee capsules at home. The kitchen had everything you need to create a complete meal if you need. The bed was spacious and comfy. Since it's a city center and it's always alive, you can expect "noise", but we slept like babies even with the window open. It's a calming Italian atmosphere we love so much. :) When we get back to Napoli we will stay here again. 10 stars from us!

My family love this one bedroom modern, spacious, well equipped apartment. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good. Massimo is a great host. Very helpful & responsive. He even helped to book dinner and hair appointments. Best host I have met to-date. Highly recommended.

Nothing. If I'm nitpicking, it's not really a breakfast with just a coffee and croissant. But then it's an apartment. So, it is appreciated that coffee and croissants were provided.

Very modern and new apartment. Loved the location. Supermarket and everything was close. Don't miss St Elmo Castel. That's where you get the best views of bay of naples. Take a taxi up as it is quite high up. Walk your way down. One of the most impressive castles I've been to. Drink some limoncello spritz before you go. You'll enjoy it even more and won't feel the effort needed to make it there!! :)

The apartment is beautifully furnished, with modern amenities including a washing machine for longer stays, and Victoria was excellent as a host in communicating instructions on how to reach the hotel before our arrival.
