We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The apartment was perfect for the two of us. It was actually very spacious inside and had great amenities. We did have a minor issue with the shower but the host was quick to respond on What’s app and sent several people to make the repair along with cleaning the whole apartment once the repair was made. The location is just a few steps away from the huddle and bustle of Napoli, great food, drinks and shopping right from the apartment.

Everything was superb! Location of the rooms - very close to everything worth seeing in Naples, reachable on foot within 5-15 minutes. Next, the building itself is new, clean, guarded, there are private apartmes inside and offices, so it keeps the appropriate level. The room itself was Super-Clean, comfy, very much fresh - no signs of wear from use by previous guest. You got AC, coffee machines, tea, internet-enabkes TV and safe as complimentary! Finally, the staff - owner, his family and friends are suoer-helpful and friendly and professional at the same time. If you consider staying in Naples, don't search more, book this apartments and you will not be disappointed! And, I know what I say, I travel A LOT in business, though don't have rich bookig.com record as the company books accomodation for me, but I stayed in hundreds of hotels. This aprstmes are top!

Host was so responsive and helpful on checking in and providing info on sightseeing and locating supermarket (which was under the building) so perfect location and the shopping at Via Toledo was a stones throw away. Modern hotel with everything you need and nice balcony breakfast was close to with a voucher. Would recommend and stay again when next in Naples🇮🇹☕️

convenient area- a lot of things to do around the area (toledo station, art gallery of napoli + spanish quarters right behind the building) and lots of really good restaurants around too! breakfast included (1 pastry + 1 coffee), luggage storage, very clean room, AC works, TV has chromecast (mainly used youtube), shower + toilet is spacious and very clean bela, our host, is SO accommodating and so friendly. she waited for us to arrive even when we arrived so late. she replies so fast to any of your queries and is so kind!

We would first of all like to thank Bela for looking after us, allowing us to leave our bag before check-in as we arrived early and for her recommendations during our visit. Bela checked in with us on the second day of our stay to make sure everything was ok and also arranged our return taxi to the airport and kept in contact to ensure we got the taxi. Much appreciated, Bela, thank you. This is a fabulous service as it was our first time to Naples. The apartment was of a very high standard, spotlessly clean and very modern. The location was very good within walking distance of most attractions . Will definitely book this apartment again if we return to Naples.
