A very clean and nice decorated apartment in very good location in Naples with marvellous panoramic view of the sea! All the necessary facilities are in the apartment. And the host Sergio is fantastic, taking care of everything and giving best recommendation for sigh-seeing and restaurants in Naples. We had marvellous experience here and we wish to repeat it soon!

Not a problem for us but the rooms are on the 16th floor accessible by lift or stairs, so not good if you don't like heights!!

Sergio, the host, is the star of this B&B as many others have said! He goes above and beyond to make your stay incredible. He is always on hand to provide recommendations for restaurants or cafes and/or places to visit. The accommodation is comfortable and beautifully clean. It is equipped with everything you need and the little touches provided by Sergio such as drinks in the fridge, breakfast to your specification, toiletries gives the B&B a five star feel! The views over the bay of Naples, Versuvious and beyond are stunning! Situated in the Port, it is noisy and busy as you can expect, but once the balcony door is shut it is very quiet. The apartment is close to all the main attractions and cafes/bars/restaurants are all with walking distance. The SITA bus stop is opposite the apartment giving cheap and easy access to Pompeii and beyond! €13.20 for 2 return to Pompeii was great value and it drops you right outside! We would heartily recommend this B&B for a great, super friendly Naples experience!

There is really nothing to fault. The place was spotless and the room is cleaned everyday. Everything worked!

Sergio is a superb host. He is so friendly and helpful and provided us with lots of information of good places to eat. He was very quick to respond whenever we asked a question. He made sure to ask what we would like for breakfast and provided it. We loved the pretty large balcony, although it is in direct sun in the morning, we simply put on our hat and sat out to enjoy our lovely breakfast. The view of the harbour was great! Vesuvius was in full view and we loved watching the cruise ships coming in and out. It can be a bit noisy with the humming of the ship engines, but it is fine when the door to the balcony is closed. The location of the flat is excellent, it is within walking distance to the major spots in Naples, and if one needs the metro, it is also very close by. The apartment is an very good choice for taking the ferries to the islands and Sorrento. Sergio's place is highly recommended.

Nothing – it was absolutely perfect.

We had the family room with terrace. This must be the best view in Naples. From start to finish, our stay here was faultless. Sergio is by far the most attentive, helpful and friendly host, going above and beyond to make our stay so memorable and easy. Nothing is too much for him. The apartment is exactly as shown in the picture – beautifully appointed and immaculate. The three huge balconies give amazing, panoramic views of the coast and city and provides shade (Much needed in the summer) Throughout the day. Situated perfectly in Naples for easy access to all the attractions and station, and a stones throw away from supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Breakfast at our chosen time was an added and much appreciated bonus. Thank you to Sergio for making our first visit to Italy so wonderful and we would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation. We just wish we could give more than five stars! Amazing.

The location was good and the view from the room and the terrace was excellent. Room and bathroom were clean and contained everything needed. The room was cleaned daily very well. Breakfast was brought to the room. Our wishes for the time and content were taken into account well. The host Sergio was very helpful and friendly. We were the first time in Naples and thanks to Sergio we got much more out of the trip. We can warmly recommered the guest house.

N/A That I could only stay 4 nights? I wish I could have stayed longer, and would love to come back. I had been nervous about coming to Naples based on what I had read about pickpockets and safety. I was traveling with my college-aged daughter, I'm monolingual, and was leaving her nearby in Pompeii to study abroad. I was a nervous wreck. Sergio calmed my fears. From meeting us when we arrived to giving us thoughtful recommendations for dining and activities, and checking in on us using Whats App, to offering to remain a contact for my daughter while she remains in Italy and I am back home... there was truly nothing I didn't like except having to return home.

The View is an appropriate name for the property. Sitting and enjoying a warm croissant with the breeze blowing and looking out at the incredible view from the balcony was a great start to each day! The absolute best part of the stay was Sergio. If you have any needs or concerns, he will go out of his way to help you. I felt like I was staying with family. The breakfast is delicious, the room has all you could need and more, the spaces are beautifully maintained and you come back after a long, hot day of sightseeing to cool AC, a turned-down bed, and a shower with terrific water pressure. Napoli is a beautiful city with lots of character and the people I met were as kind and welcoming as could be.

First off, I would like to say that if it was possible to give rating more than 10, I would gladly do it. Don’t get me wrong, the place in itself deserves 10/10 - location is perfect in every possible way - you can reach anywhere in the city easily and you have a perfect 360 panorama view of the entire Naples! The room is also perfectly clean, there is maintenance everyday. But what really adds to this 10/10 to make it 12/10 is the host - Sergio. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel right at home. Greeted us with a gentle smile and friendly demeanour. Throughout our stay, Sergio was incredibly accommodating and always went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you, for your outstanding hospitality!

All is well

The location it self is close to the port, royal palace, Toledo street and the best part is you got the best view of the Naples city and the volcano. The unit I stayed was huge and very beautiful. Sergio will ensure you have the best stay there. He customize the breakfast for me as I am vegetarian. He also show me where is the best place for bar, what and what not to do if I am first time there.
