What an absolute delight. My Arbor is one of the most incredible stays, every detail has been considered from the spacious suite designs, to the complimentary healthy snacks prepared by the pool to the unique sauna experiences. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful, they even went out of their way to arrange for my husband to watch his ice hockey game at 2am from their conference room! The dreamiest hotel ever, we can’t wait to return.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Staff very friendly and courteous. Breakfast and dinner are fantastic. The pool and spa facilities are great as well. Will definitely come back for another stay!

Really difficult to improve from here honestly…

Absolutely stunning hotel, we really did not want to leave and we’ll be back for sure. Food was amazing both at dinner and for breakfast with great variety and truly remarkable dishes. Staff is very attentive and always smiling. The hotel oozes class, charm, quality and thoughtful design choices. The spa area is fantastic, we spent most of our time there. There is a steam bath, three saunas, one cold outdoor pool and a warm outdoor pool plus many relax rooms with very comfy beds. As usual in Alto Adige/South Tyrol the spa is nudist. Our room (128) was a large suite with garden and sunbeds. Top quality and we liked the separation between the shower room and the toilet room (with bidet of course).

Pillows weren’t overly comfortable, could have done with being a bit thicker.

That I only stayed for 2 nights which was not long enough.

Everything : the building,the location, the staff,the facilities,the food the fact it was snowing on our arrival made Everything so magical.To be able to swim outside in a heated pool whilst it snowed was such a joy. It was my birthday whilst staying at My Arbor and the staff made it a very special occasion.

The extra surprises; the excellent wine advices at dinner, the breathe workshop with Kiki, the small treats at the spa, the cuddle nest in the room and near the saunas looking over the mountain.

The incredible hotel!!! All the things in this hotel better than you may expect. One of the best hotel I've ever been. 1) SPA - WOW! Spacious, nice and very comfortable. 2) Restaurant - good choice of food, every dinner you can taste a lot of variation of high level dishes. They do the small portions of food, but you can try more or ask a bigger portion. 3) Bar - very good and big collection of beer, wine, whiskey for the fair price. 4) Room is the best ever. Ideal! Spacious with two beds. On of the bed is on the glass corner with fantastic view of the mountains. To read book, to relax with the partner or just look at the mountains.

We had an incredible spa day, where we could just relax. Both of us had the best massage ever and I also received an amazing facial and pedicure! The pool was great and never too crowded. Our room was gorgeous and super cozy. We had an amazing time. We can't wait to come back when it's snowing!

This has to be one of my favourite hotels in the world. The concept has been built on years of experience, everything has been thought of to create a relaxing mountain retreat. The top facilities, activities, service and food accompanied by a breathtaking setting.

While it is fine for everyone to be textile-free in the spa areas, it is not acceptable to make this a requirement. There are as many reasons for people to leave a bathing suit on as there are for them to not wear anything at all. We are talking about tolerance and this works both way. It seems absurd for someone to be distressed that someone else is wearing a bathing suit- defeats the purpose of freedom and free choice.

The breakfast Buffet is fabulous, the extras are fabulous. The choice of foods and styles is more than universal. More no/low sugar options in the granola's would be good. Also, a wellness hotel in this day and age MUST have a broad selection of gluten-free food.

The spa was incredible! The views from everywhere in the hotel are gorgeous. Dinner every night you have a set table and waiter with a 5 course meal each day. Cristian our waiter was lovely.

The agricultural area can have a smell sometimes in the property. But, wasn't a big deal.
