The host was the best that you could get. He was always available and super helpful. He helped us even to load our luggage in the car while rain was so heavy. He had already filled the fridge with the food. In one sentence, very good place and AWESOME HOST. Strongly recommend to everyone.

We were met in person by the owner, Maurizio, who communicated with us via WhatsApp. He explained how everything worked and was available for queries during our stay. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The kitchen and fridge were stocked with food supplies, which was super convenient and a real treat. The location of the unit was right in the centre of the historical village and is was within walking distance to the port (where we took ferries for day trips), supermarkets, restaurants and shops. This was the ideal base to explore the Amalfi Coast from. Should we ever visit Sorrento again, we will most definitely stay here again (if it's available).

We loved everything !!

The apartment is just beautiful and very big. You open the door and it smells deliciously clean. Its has 2 rooms, entrance, big kitchen with dinner table, washing machine area and bathroom. Everything is in perfect working condition. Everything is extremely clean and neat. The decoration is IMPECABLE. Extremely good quality and fine taste in every place you look. Mauricio is the BEST host EVER!!! He receive us with a full refrigerator with lots of amenities, cheese , bread, milk and a thousand things. We were able to wash our clothes, Mauricio had the clothes detergent ready. He left ponchos ready and guess what? It rain terribly in our visit to Positano, Mauricio s ponchos save the day. The last day he even took us to the marina piccola to catch our ferry to Capri. We stayed in mrg home Holiday for 3 nights. The location is just perfect in vía Corso right where the shops and restaurants are. This experience in Sorrento mrg home holiday has been a blessing and the greatest and nicest place to be in all our 1 month tríp. Thank you Maurizio so much, you are a unique host. Definetely mrg home holiday is the best place to stay in Sorrento.

This property by far exceeded our expectations. The property was equipped with food, drinks, snacks and all kitchen amenities. The host welcomed us in the street, helped us carry luggage and gave us a detailed run down of apartment, travel suggestions in/out of Sorrento as well as restaurant options. He also organized car park for one night with a local car park which helped with the logistics. The apartments is fully serviced and very comfortable for 4 adults. Locations, is central at the door step of main restaurants, bars and piazza. Highly recommend this property and will return when visiting Sorrento in the future.

Nothing. Everything worked,, everything was hassle free, no problems.

We stayed in this apartment in August 2023, with our daughter and it was the most pleasant experience we have ever had. We were punctually and warmly welcomed by Maurizio, who showed us how to use the many services of the apartment. A nice gesture was to wait for us with the air conditioning on, after the scorching heat of the street. The apartment provides useful services like a washing machine, expresso coffee maker, all sorts of cooking and cleaning facilities, even supermarket bags. The apartment is as seen in the photos, tastefully decorated, ample, comfortable.. so far so good. The difference with other places where we stayed was that Maurizio has stocked the kitchen and fridge with sweet and savoury food and groceries, and all sorts of beverages, all complimentary. It as like arriving in heaven after a long, hot day. Thank you Maurizio!

We liked EVERYTHING about this property. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Sorrento on a main walking street. Even though it was situated so centrally, it was not noisy at night at all, as the shutters were very effective. The host, Maurizio, was extremely responsive to all of our messages, and was at the property to meet us when we arrived, even though we arrived about 40 minutes later than expected. Maurizio even had the kitchen stocked with food for our stay! The facilities were impeccably clean and well appointed. The kitchen had an excellent espresso machine and lots of things to cook with. The beds were very comfortable - even the bed for the kids, which was actually a couch in the extra room made into a double bed. The day before we were leaving, Maurizio was good enough to inform us that there would be a train strike, and even looked up buses for us to take instead! We cannot say enough good things about this property, and would absolutely stay there again the next time we are in Sorrento. Grazie di tutto Maurizio!!

Maurizio, the owner, met us at the apartment and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we could possibly want or need. He even stocked the fridge for us!

Fabulous location, apartment and host! Loved the complimentary food and drinks - and also the ability to use a washing machine - perfect when travelling with kids. The location right on the main pedestrian street is hard to beat and the host genuinely tries to ensure you have a lovely stay - would 100% recommend!

We loved our stay at MRG for so many reasons. Firstly, the host Maurizio was so welcoming and helpful. Upon arrival, he met us at the apartment to show us around and help us with our bags. He had even stocked the fridge and pantry items for us, which was very much appreciated after a long day in transit with a 3 year old and no time to do a grocery shop! We were traveling over Easter, and Maurizio even set up some Easter eggs and decorations in the apartment which was very special for our little boy. The property is recently renovated with contemporary furnishings and is exactly as it appears in the photos. The property was very clean, and we appreciated that it was very well-appointed after traveling around Europe for a month (washing machine, iron, kitchen - it really was a home away from home). We mostly ate out, but appreciated being able to cook our own meals occasionally.The building also has an elevator which was very useful for getting bags to the first floor! The location is fantastic - it is literally on the Main Street of Sorrento. The apartment overlooks the street, which is great for people watching and being a part of the buzz. As we were traveling over Easter, we were lucky enough to witness the Good Friday procession from our balcony. We loved being located so centrally as it allowed us to easily come-and-go throughout the day, which was so helpful traveling with a child. During our stay, we needed assistance at the apartment (we had an issue with the hot water, which was our misunderstanding and not a fault of the apartment!). After sending Maurizio a message, he offered to come over almost immediately that evening to help resolve it. He followed up a few times during our stay to make sure everything was ok. We were very appreciative of this level of service! We highly recommend MRG and if we are back in Sorrento, we would not hesitate to book again! thank you Maurizio for your wonderful hospitality!

This apartment exceeded our expectations: the location is perfect, right in the middle of the main street, Corso Italia, near taxi stands and down the main street from the train and bus stations. It was a short walk to the marina to catch the ferries to Capri and the Amalfi Coast towns. The apartment was fully stocked and included everything needed in the kitchen: pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. There was even food, drinks and snacks for us like meat and cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, and even bottles of Prosecco!! The bathroom was also fully stocked with loads of toiletries and towels (even beach towels were included). We made use of the washer and drying racks as well. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. It also has a great view of the main street from a small balcony, off the main bedroom. The host, Maurizio, was a delight and took us through everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay again!

the apartment was in an excellent location, easy access to shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Also the kitchen was very well stocked Mauritzio had filled the refrigerator with water, juice soda, eggs, sandwich meat and cheese. He also had bread and snacks available for us. He was fat and away the best host that we have ever had at vacation rental. He was very patient with our anxiety about finding the bus to Sorrento and waited for us when our arrival was delayed by two hours. lastly when I couldn’t get the coffee maker to work he came over to fix it within minutes

Nothing! The apartment was perfect!

The apartment was easy to find because it was in the heart of Sorrento. It was very clean and our host Maurizio had stocked everything we needed for breakfast, lunch and Prosecco in the evening! There was Wifi, perfect for our kids (4 + 9yrs), and a washing machine (also perfect when travelling with kids!). The apartment has two balonies. Perfect for sitting out on in the evenings. Maurizio was a perfect host. He was in touch weeks before we travelled and recommended ways to get to Sorrento. He also met us at the apartment, showed us how everything worked and even some of his recommendations on where to eat and drink. I highly recommend staying here. Its perfect for families or for two couples (as there's plenty of room!).
