Many stairs and no lift, which we were no warned about. But help with luggage volunteered when needed. Electric sockets and charging points in room perhaps rather few and awkwardly placed.

Charming, simple, traditional family hotel, with friendly and excellent service and assistance beyond the call of duty. Everything well-maintained even if a little old, comfortable beds, good towels, reliable wi-fi and pleasant breakfast. Excellent location.

Parkings is free but to get there, you need to drive tiny tiny streets. With a big rental car it is super stressful. I wish I was told that the streets are very narrow when I asked about it.

The breakfast was nothing special, but i am not really a “breakfast guy”, so it was fine for me. The bells constantly clanging can get annoying, but it’s a medieval city, so it’s to be expected.

The host, Michele is a terrific guy, always there to help. The shower was great and Wifi was always strong.

This is an amazing hotel, right in the centre of the Old City, just 4 mins walk from the Main Street. The location couldn’t be more perfect.During my short stay, I was welcomed, and greeted by many members of the family, who are all warm, friendly, hospitable, kind, helpful and generous. I would say 5* hospitality in a genuine family hotel. I could go on……The bed was super comfortable and my room was lovely and quiet and had everything that I needed. Breakfast was good, a typical Italian breakfast. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and hope to stay again in the future. This hotel stands out because of the family that runs it. Thanks , Michele and everyone for a lovely stay.

An ideal location right in the centre of the historic centre of Perugia. The family running the hotel went out of their way to be helpful and friendly and always helped with the parking of our car. Our room was ample and very clean and quiet. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the main square and lots of good restaurants.

Had such a great stay here! I loved the room, very cosy and authentic. The family that runs the hotel is lovely, and I got some great recommendations for dinner and activities. The bed was super comfortable, the shower got hot immediately. Breakfast is simple but good. Location could not be better. If I’m ever back in Perugia I’ll stay here again!

A welcoming traditional, family run hotel in the heart of the old centre. Friendly staff helped get heating on, offered advice and helped us park the car. Freshly baked bread for breakfast.

Poor wifi connection from the room. Stairs going into the bathroom with very low doorway (we both bumped our heads).
