Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandDon't know how climate control works. It doesn't allow to go under 22°(too high for me), but if I increase fan speed, it can go to 18° (too low). Also, there is a smoke detector above the bed, which makes some noise.
The room was clear with a nice bed and tv. Breakfast was ok.

Far from city center, but it was right next to a tram stop that was 20 minutes from the Milano duomo. Some good restaurants near by too. The front desk was really pleasant and helpful. They kept our luggage until our room was ready and put our luggage in our room for us. They also were helpful with tips on public transportation. Room was clean and bathroom was spacious. The expresso machine in the lobby allowed for many different types of custom drinks. Also the water machine in the lobby had fizzy water, still water, and cold water options. In the evening, they put out cookies near the expresso machine.

Cleanleness is the key word and merfeo has this. All the hotel staff was kind, hospitable and smily especially the man I guess from China. Decoration and the wardrobes were good. I was happy to see slippers and soup, shampoo, cream etc were nice and enough. Also when we call the staff for our bath tub, they came and solve it immediately. We did not purchase the breakfast so I can not comment on it. THANKS MORFEO.

United KingdomIn the bathroom, we did not manage to find any fan system, and if you planning to stay 3-4 days in the hotel it might be a little bit small.
The welcome from the staff was lovely, easy check in, generally helpful. Lovely boutique hotel, it was the perfect stay not to close but not to far from San Siro Stadium, as our reason for chose this accommodation that we attended Taylor Swift concert. Clean, good air-conditioning system.

Lovely aesthetic little hotel. All facilities worked perfectly, and the room was clean and tidy. The bed was super comfy, and the staff were very helpful. Location is a little bit outside the city, but perfect for where we needed to be. Also very close to bus and tram stops. Would highly recommend!

SwitzerlandThere is no ramp at the entrance of the building so you need to carry luggage over the steps.
New hotel, clean room and modern design. The room was spacious enough for 2 people with luggage. Hangers and shelves are well planned. There is a big shopping centre next door. Tram in front of the hotel is very convenient as it takes you right to the center and is a a nice ride to see parts of the city. Complimentary water in the fridge, tea/coffee in the room.
