Couldn’t fault the hotel at all

We only had a short stay in Venice and an early flight out. We wanted somewhere with easy access to the airport

Located in a nice quiet corner of Venice. Very elegantly decorated and comfortable set up. Warm welcome with a typical Italian aperitif. Walking distance from train station.

Almost everything. Friendly staff, clean, safe, quality of the breakfast, rooms are excellent, happy hour, ... Location is perfect. Close to the train station, near the centre, but not in the midst of the real toutistic part.

The view was amazing. The staff members were so kind and accommodating. By the 3rd day, the waiter knew my breakfast coffee drink.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Very attentive staff. Well proportioned rooms with good beds and a nice shower. The breakfast is one of the best we've had in a while and the daily "happy hour" with Italian bites is a treat.

Hotel was charming. Beautiful room and public rooms were charming with lovely art throughout. Staff couldn’t be better. Friendly, efficient and eager to help. All reservations including porters to handle luggage and taxis were exceptional. Breakfasts were superb. Happy hour was a lovely event of the day. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Would highly recommend.

It has a very nice energy, calm and relaxing with a beautiful outdoor area and a lounge to unwind after walking around Venice. Breakfast also was exceptional with a wide variety of food and drinks. Happy hour with free savoury buffet was also great 👍 Staff were very friendly and helpful, tried very hard to ensure we are comfortable. The location was also great, close to everything - caffe, shops, transport. Can’t fault anything, everything was wonderful😊

The hotel is exceptional, we loved it! It was clean, well appointed and the staff, especially Roxana on Reception, very friendly and helpful. You feel as if you are in a 5-star hotel. It is well located, within walking distance (over a few bridges) from the train station, which is ideal, because you check-in and are then luggage-free to explore Venice. Although the breakfast room isn't very big, in good weather you have the option of sitting out in their beautiful garden to eat, which was wonderful. The staff couldn't be more attentive, they were all excellent. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable and the room clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was so lovely from the get go. We were offered a welcome drink on our arrival, along with a map of Venice and a reusable water bottle as there was drinkable water from the hotel room sink. The hotel was very clean and comfy. There was a nice little terrace which was a plus. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. It is a little further out from St. Mark’s Square but we still found it walkable.

Liked it all, a lot!

Reception was extremely friendly and informative. The welcome drink in the back garden got us off to a lovely start. The neighborhood where we stayed is quieter but so close to everything. Our room was spacious and delightfully cool after a warm day on foot.

it was quite hot while visiting Venice. the hotel does have air conditioning, but it is not the typical North American air conditioning. it was warm in our room but tolerable

The hotel and room seemed very fancy! We were treated very well by the staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a short walk from the train station and walking distance to the sights in Venice. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the outside patio area!
