Lovely staff, very helpful. It is a little out of town and the restaurant is closed on Mondays but the receptionist made a meat and cheese platter which was lovely. Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable room. Very clean.

DenmarkOur Deluxe room hardly 'Deluxe', but rather 'basic'. The location meant that, being a pilgrim, you had to walk on the soft shoulder of a busy country road for a while to get to the hotel.
Very nice, even posh, looking property, with a nice and friendly reception. The hotel restaurant, (separate, adjacent) was really very good, and clearly patronized also by outsiders.

United KingdomWe were dissapointed with the coffee. In Italy you expect to get fresh coffee but the breakfast came with a machine coffee which was terrible. We'd rather pay a little more for a fresher breakfast than receive a less than satisfactory one.
The location was very peaceful and the building was beautiful.

Staff was so kind and fun. The place is nice and cosy. Location close to Siena and to Chianti wine tasting region. A real bargain!

The hotel is very good for the travellers with a car, it is near the road, have free parking and just 10 minutes from Siena. The staff is very helphul. The room is comfortable, but small and without tea or coffee maker. The breakfast is very good, with eggs, cheese, procuitto, cereals and snacks, also a lot of fruits, pastries etc. Internet is good. Also it is a great restaurant with a very good food.

The hotel is conveniently located about 15 minutes from Siena. The breakfast was lovely. Our two small dogs loved to enjoy the little enclosed garden. The staff were exceptionally friendly!
