We only stayed 1 night, it was a comfortable place. The personal was very friendly, loved the Venetian theme in the room.

Bathroom has a very small shower and small stair on bathroom entrance. But it was all very clean and with all the sops, towels etc. Airconditioning was very quiet.

Very near the railway station but on a nice quiet street. Markets and bars are very near. Own parking place. Very nice and kind personal.

A small hotel near the Mestre train station, perfect for visiting Venezia. Simple but clean rooms, comfy beds. Own parking. Very friendly and helpful staff, way above standard 😀 Will come again, when in Venezia.

A little smell of the old place.

Budget option to stay and visit Venice. It is ok to stay for one night. Rather close to railway station. Breakfast typical, normal. Personnel very pollite and friendly! Helped with map, routes, parking etc. Don`t wait to much from this variant. Private parking is a plus.

If you must have everything fancy and brand new it might not satisfy you, but everything was clean and functional so it was fine for us.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Montepiana. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived by train and the hotel is a few blocks from the station. The hotel is on a quiet street, but a few blocks away is a street with many restaurants and a park where there were food trucks and a stage with music performances in the evenings. The neighborhood seems safe, and it was convenient to take the train (or bus) into Venice for a day of sightseeing. It is possible to take a bus to the airport from near the train station, but we had enough luggage that we opted to take a taxi. Breakfast was not included in the room charge, but there was a nice continental breakfast available at the hotel for a reasonable price. AC worked fine and bathroom was clean and functional.

If you're coming with a big suitcase, be prepared to exercise because the hotel doesn't have an elevator.

Staff were very friendly and approachable. The room was basic but very clean and cleaned daily. Air conditioning in the room was a real bonus. The property was only a 5 minute walk from the main train station, perfect for getting around.

The bed could have been more confortable, also we could have had some shelf in the shower to place your hair products.

The staff was very kind, I arrived almost midnight because my train got delayed and they were very patience. The room was ok with a nice view. The location was great, a few blocks from the Venezia Mestre train station, so you can get to Venezia Santa Lucia in 15 minutes by train just for 1.50 EUR. The neighborhood was also very nice, beautiful streets there.
