Staff at reception were excellent, facilities were modern and clean. They allowed you to leave bags in their ski room prior to and post stay which was very useful. Location was ideal for Courmayeur centre and easily accessible by car or from the bus station just around the corner.

Excellent location a few minutes walk from the town centre clearly signposted, good public areas and bar, very dog friendly, large bedroom with balcony. Excellent Greek yoghourt at breakfast.

Our room was towards a road so it wasn't very quiet but it didn't disturb much. Breakfast is extensive but completely based on sweets: there are tens of cakes varieties, cookies, pastries, pancakes, jams, etc. Some meats and cheeses but not much else. So if you are after a healthy breakfast you are pretty limited. They offer a gluten free basket (a piece of bread and packed sweets and cookies) but there could definitely be more vegetable choices or vegan choices.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, we had a very nice family room on two floors and a balcony with magnificent views. I had a very good massage in the hotel. The hotel premises are really comfortable and pleasant, with an outside sitting area and a kind of bar garden. Very pet friendly place - your pet will get a little gift. A short walk to the city centre just behind the hotel.

We liked everything.We had an issue with a very noisy family (screaming, slamming doors and running in the corridor like if it was a stadium/ room 117)Reception called them which helped a bit with the noise. In some hotel people who are coming with dogs or kids have to sign a behavior agreement. Maybe something to look at.

It would be good to have a kettle in the room. We were disappointed to find we had to pay extra to use the spa pool and sauna.

Rooms were spacious and well equipped, with an outstanding view. The mezzanine area for the kids gave them some privacy too. The spa was very nice and relaxing where we had a lovely massage. Communal areas were good with some games, a small bar area and plenty of outdoor seating with a good atmosphere.

Spacious rooms and clean. Good firm beds and clean linen. Quite central for both town and short walk to ski lifts across the other side of the river, but at this time of year nothing is skiin/out in the village. Really helpful staff .

Friendly helpful staff, wonderful spa, great breakfast and dinner. Easy to access main ski lift (walk in 10 mins or regular shuttle bus run by the hotel). Ski room with boot warmers. Good value for money.

There was one particular gentleman working on the front desk who was incredibly rude. Bar service was slow- we had to search for a member of staff to serve us on 2 occasions. The spa area is a little limited considering the 20Euros per person cost to use- the cost is excessive for a family of 4.

Perfect location for access to the ski slopes and town. Good size rooms. Great breakfast- plenty of choice.

Rooms noisy next to road. Some staff lovely; some not helpful. Hotel was full but barman went to bed at 11am despite having lots of customers in the bar.

Breakfast was good - need 2 coffee machines as there were long queues most days for coffee. Ski van to the lifts and pick up was excellent.

Reception and restaurant staff not very friendly or accommodating. It’s not clear when we booked that the spa is €20 pp extra and children are only allowed in at certain times. The room was small and very little draw space for clothes. The shuttle bus is only operated at limited times. We had to walk mostly.

Breakfast options were good. Spa was lovely. Restaurant and bar areas were great. Rooms were always cleaned and refreshed every day. Cleaning staff were wonderful. Great location to the town and walkable to the lifts.

The shuttle bus only operates in 2hrs window in the morning and 2hrs in the afternoon which is not always convenient if you want to leave hotel early or stay late in the mountains but manageable. The spa is average and 20.00 Euros per person regardless of age is a bit over the top in my view especially that there is not much to do for kids.

Breakfast was fairly basic but plenty of it, however dinner was very good every day we stayed. Room could do with redecoration but was extremely clean and very well looked after every day. Location is great, just 5min walk to town centre.

Women on the front desk is extremely rude. And unfortunately put a dampener on our stay. Rude to children so unfortunately due to her and her alone I would not recommend this hotel. Also you have to pay €20 to use the spa. You should at least get 1 credit if you are a paying customer at the hotel.
