Great location, super friendly staff who are very accommodating, our flight was in the evening and they kindly gave us a room to shower and keep our things in until the end of the day,great free shuttle service the hotel offered to take you in to town and pick up as getting taxis there is very hard. I loved that the hotel give you bikes to cycle around with.

This property exceeded all expectations from the moment we arrived. The friendly staff welcomed us on arrival and even though we were early arriving, they ensured we were comfortable whilst waiting. The pool, sunbeds and complimentary towels were all of the highest grade. Staff on call at all time to provide food and drink- even in the super swim up bar. Breakfast was incredible, everything you could possibly want to order, hot and cold. Free bikes were a bonus to make the trip into town quick.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel its self has been recently refurbished and has been done with amazing taste. The grounds are beautiful. The pool area is nice and quiet , you can order wine etc to your lounger or sofa area. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip exactly how we wanted it. Special mention to Leonardo who is very welcoming and sweet as soon as you walk in. I would recommend using their free bikes to ride into the center which is only around 6 minutes on the bike. Ignore any negative comments , this hotel is a great choice. I would highly recommend.

looks great in real life, you get what the pics show. service was amazing, I requested vegan food and this was their first time doing this ever, but they did a great job. they are also dog friendly and I could bring my dog even to the pool. loved it!

Rooms on garden level seemed to be with poor view. We were proposed first room just left side when entering to reception. We did not like it at all. To hidden in the corner. We were very happy that we could move to first floor. Thanks to stuff that make this happen.

the floor in the rooms is quite scratched and there was no sofa for 2 in the room

- The room had a strong smoking smell that caused me some asthma exacerbation during my stay. - Breakfast was way below average and not worth going to restaurant.

- Feels like home. - Location just near all points in Forti di marmi. - Free bike rental. - Parking free on site. - Staff super amazing and helpful with everything during my stay. - The room was tiny however the terrace and bathroom was sizeable and made the stay smooth.

Breakfast was great and the personell is outstanding. Dinner we had was outstanding too and the location is quiet and perfect to discover Forte dei Marmi. The room is modern and clean.

Beautifully internally refurbished family owned hotel. Staff are delightful. Our suite had been very thoughtfully refurbished. The exterior is being reconfigured for next year. Location wise - if you have small children or difficulty walking you ideally need a car. The hotel do provide bicycles but access to the beach and the town centre are a good 20 minute walk. Taxis were not available. We visited late in the season - definitely worth checking if hotel restaurant is open and if not whether local restaurants are. The local restaurants we visited were very good.
