We had the most amazing stay at Albergo Miramare. The location and view was perfect. The staff were very helpful, answering any questions we had. Food was lovely for breakfast and a beautiful location for a romantic dinner.

There were a few matters which did distract away from an otherwise great stay - (i) the toilet constantly gurgled at night which was disruptive to sleeping, (ii) the vent in the bathroom permitted noise from the outside walkway to filter in the room which, at times, was very loud and almost felt like the people talking were in the room, (iii) the split mattress in the bed was not comfortable, and (iv) the quality of the breakfast food was not very good and actually caused my wife and I to experience stomach issues.

View was great and balcony was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we really liked the room and location of the hotel. The bellman was just an awesome person and went above and beyond assisting with our luggage.

- Staff were not able to recommend us local restaurants to eat at. They only recommended their own and the restaurant at their sister property - We wanted to go to Capri for a day excursion. Staff was unable to guide us well regarding it (we were informed that we will only be able to go to Capri harbor due to a summit and not Capri town, Anacapri etc but we were able to actually do everything on our own that day)

I think it would’ve been nicer to have had wider bifold doors to make the most of the ocean views.

There was nothing I didn’t like. But do be aware…there are stairs many stairs up and down. If you aren’t able to take stairs don’t go.

This hotel was beautiful down to every detail. Very classy. Excellent food. Views beyond compare. Service 5-star.

The view is amazing and a lot of lovely touches made this a great hotel . Slippers , complementary drinks and toiletries . Would definitely recommend and very nice breakfast .

The hotel is located down on the road and there are alot of stairs.

The hotel deserve to be 5 stars. My room had a full view on the sea with a big balcony. The bed was so comfortable, our room was well decorated with a bottle of champagne waiting for us. All The personnal were so nice so kind and was helping us to carry our luggage from the stairs of positano. They made our stay there memorable. Grazié mille.

Beautiful hotel, superb location and stunning views. Well situated from beach and some lovely restaurants. We had a wonderful terrace that we didn’t want to leave! Nice breakfast included in the price which also came with a view.

The view from the junior suite was incredible! Lovely terrace with Adirondack chairs and a bistro table. The breakfast was amazing and dinner as well! Would definitely return! The steps were a challenge but so worth it!

Perfect location with stunning views in the heart of Positano! The breakfast was delicious with so much variety. The view from my balcony was gorgeous. You do need to take the stairs either up or down to the main streets/ areas which I didn’t mind the exercise. The porters and concierge at the accommodation were extremely helpful with luggage!

The staff was incredible from the front desk to the restaurant staff. They treat you with such respect and really care to make sure your stay is perfect. Danielle was wonderful at handling all our excursions and Alessandro, the restaurant manager, did the same with our food selection and service. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever for tubate to visit this area again.
