The room is too small for 3 people, the bathroom is also very small and pretty uncomfortable to use, as the bathtub is in a space behind the door and has a glass door that opens in the interior of the bathtub, over the faucet and the open window. A step in shower would make this easier. Parking is small, just 5 spots, I believe, and we had to park down the street to a dusty unpaved public parking that was free, (only donation if desired) but far from the hotel, at least for us, as we had luggages for a longer stay

No extraction in the bathroom makes it very warm when shower in use. Minor issue.

The hotel is in a great location right in the centre of Alberobello. Approx 10 min walk from train station and close to restaurants, and Truili houses. The staff have great English. We stayed one night with breakfast. Our room had air-conditioning and a small balcony overlooking Alberobello. Breakfast is continental with a selection of cheeses, ham, yoghurt, fruit, bread, and pastries. Very good value for money.

My room was on the first floor so I heard people at the reception talking, people climbing stairs and talking, flushing of the toilet from the room above... So hotel is in quiet area but you here the noise from the inside the hotel into the room.

This is a small cute retro designed room that is very clean. Staff is very polite. The hotel is centrally located in quiet street. Breakfast is very tastefull.

Parking is almost non-existent. You need to drop luggage and then go to a public parking location. Google maps does not point you to the correct location, the actual location is blocks away. You can do a search for actual address and use your cars gps.

What we liked least was the stress of parking and paying extra, although the staff tried to accommodate us as much as possible! we are thankful for that.

we arrived late ta night at had booked a 3 bed double room with balcony, it was not what we had, a small streetlevel very noisy room with one double bed, not ideal when im travelling with my adult son, and no excuse just a very aggrsive and loud owner who said the 3 bed room was flooded, which i do not believe, and that this smal room vas more expensive because of a bathtub in the bedroom, i har odrdered breakfst incuded, but i was told at the bar where it was served that it was not incliuded. a nasty experiece, i sincerty hope that no one will trust these people in the future.Camilla Plum, denmark

Couldn’t say it was a great stay.

I feel like I’m giving everywhere a good review, however, I did my research & these guys delivered. Great location, out of the way enough but still central. The lift was a bonus with a healing broken ankle. Management was lovely. Check in was really easy.

The staff was very helpful! the room was excellent with a balcony. 24 hr desk for help. Their location was EXCELLENT!. the breakfast was excellent. The left a complimentary small Alberobello magnet in the room ( a nice touch) and they also had very cute bathroom accessories available
